I found them to be prompt and courteous. They do a very good work.

They offered additional services with pricing up front. They moved all porch furniture and flower pots out of the way, but they did forget to put them back. They notified me of any areas that gave them problems and any areas that they noticed needed to be addressed.

This company did a wonderful job. We initially bought, through Angies List, the package that included washing & cleaning of the home (minus the roof), including gutters, downspouts, windows, frames & soffits for $199.00. While they were here, I asked for an estimate on our very long (28 8 ft. sections) fence, and our son's home and roof. They not only gave me an estimate (that I agreed to pay), they went ahead and did the job while they were already here. (They had a previously scheduled job that was postponed, so they had extra time.) They did the roof & the other house, and both sides of our fence. They were here for around 5 hours. Micron explained all that they would do, and they did it very well, taking their time to do a very thorough and efficient job. He kept me informed all the while they were here. What an outstanding company that goes over & beyond to please the customer. A++++ rating! Would definitely recommend them to others!

I purchased this as an Angie's Big Deal and a great value at that! I liked this company because they didn't just powerwash the house with water they also used a cleaning solution as well. My house and concrete had lots of algae and mold in the shaded areas and is now sparkling clean. Very professional looking truck, professional and polite employees. They were supposed to come Friday morning but had an opening on Thursday so I stated they could come then, I thankfully didn't have to be present (although it worked out I could be) because I prepaid with the big deal purchase. I have one area of my roof that needs cleaning and I will be hiring them to do that shortly as well. Highly recommend.

Communication with Sheila and Micrin was very good. The house looks incredibly better. I'm sure in the fine print there is something about not doing the front stoop, which I paid slightly more for, but at the end of the day, this should be in there a bit more prominently. Additionally, there was a communication error on using my water at the house compared to their truck. This ended up being a bit of a CF, but Micrin ended up making this work out as he offered another item that I needed completed. My house looks great and I"m happy with the service.

20/20 View cleaned gutters and soft washed entire outside of house. Staff was polite, courteous, clean, efficient, answered all our questions, etc. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.

Windows look great. Found a section of gutter that was clogged allowing water tp spill over the side and unclogged it.

It was good. He was very professional and reliable. He did a great job on the windows. It was such a great feeling because my windows were so dirty and all of a sudden the house looks so clean because the windows were clean. You can really see outside, everything looked good.

Whereas I had anticipated that the windows would be cleaned inside and out, this didn't seem to be the case. According to my son, the windows were essentially power-washed on the outside. Perhaps this had been indicated in the description of the special, but I hadn't seen it. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed.

I got a great price because this was a Big Deal offer. The cleaner showed up in flip flops and cleaned the outside of the windows first. He then came into the house to handle the indoor portion, tracking debris from my flower beds that was stuck on his wet flip flops. My windows are approximately 20 years old and the screens are original. The cleaner removed the screens and scrubbed with a stiff brush outside my front door. He created a great deal of aluminum dust from my screens. The screens were demolished due to intense cleaning. Granted they were old and should have been hosed down instead of the intense scrubbing. Additionally, he left dust all over my siding and I had to wash the siding down after he left. I have hardwood floors and I don't allow buckets of water to set on the floor. I had to remind the cleaner to put down something under the bucket. As far as the job he did - I think it was satisfactory, but I had to do a lot of cleanup after he left due to the flip flops and intensive scrubbing that he did to my screens. They will definitely have to be replaced now. I felt the flip flops and the mess he made both inside and outside was very unprofessional. I would not hire them again, as my screen cannot take another beating.

He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Did a great job and took care to explain the process and make sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely use them again!

The outside windows were clean, and he came in to review with us their work, and explained where the windows looked streaked, that it was because the inside windows were showing dust and dirt. He demonstrated what he meant. We scheduled another time for them to clean the inside windows, including skylites. They did an excellent job. Best they have ever been.

It was a bit tricky getting scheduled due to the fact that with the deal if the job was started and they were unable to finsih due to rain there was no rescheduling. They were very upfront about it though when 2 of the days scheduled were questionable as to rain or not. I was not able to successfully call for the scheduling as it was only online. When we finally got it done, I was very pleased with the results. The gentleman doing the work was very polite and professional.

First, had bought the deal for my mother, they came to my house instead of hers even though they had called her to setup the date/time for the appointment and had all of her information. Then, when they finally got to her house a day or 2 later, she said they did not remove smudges, they just wiped down the outside of the windows with a cloth. She said she would not use them again. She was not impressed.

I had an afternoon appointment & I received a call before 8am that they were on their way for an 8 am appointment. Obviously, they have internal communication issues. When they arrived, a very nice gentleman explained there would be additional charges for washing my windows because they were not the type included in the special. When I told him I wasn't paying any additional money, he offered to do all of the outside windows ( only the side facing out) & he did. None of the inside windows were touched. I read the special carefully (or so I thought) and did not see any exceptions that would fit my windows. I could easily have sent a photo of my windows to the provider for confirmation., had it been clear. Perhaps this company does a great job with windows, but as far as this special, buyer beware. I was disappointed.

Micrin was a pleasure to have in my house. He was very professional and answered any questions I had with knowledge and courtesy. He took care with each window and screen, did not hurry the job, and did a really good job.

They were quick to respond, but unfortunately their schedule was too busy to get me in to meet my needs.

We built the house 10 years ago and had never power washed it. We were waiting for the house construction to be completed in back subdivision. Ten years of grime and dirt from construction were washed away and the house looks so much brighter. Patio was covered with mildew and looks brand new now.

Mr. Micrin Norman, owner, provided the services. The advertiser window cleaning special was honored. There were additional windows we had cleaned and we had all screens cleaned also. Mr. Norman gave an cost estimate prior to performing the additional requested work. He was pleasant, professional and, explained how the work was to be done. Mr. Norman made another recommendation of power washing the driveway, walkway and patio in the future if I choose.

Micrin was referred to me by another Angie's List Service provider who was all booked up. I called Micrin and he said he could help me out on Friday afternoon, as one of their jobs was pushed to a later date. My house was built in 1878 and I'm not sure how old the windows are - but they are old. I had some windows that were just getting the exterior, some getting interior and exterior. Micrin and his son were able to figure it out and work together to get the storms off and cleaned as well. At the end, Micrin said if I had a problem with any of their work, to call him - they 100% guarantee their work. So far, so good - no need to call. Micrin and his son were so polite and very hard workers. It was not an easy job, and they handled it extremely well.
