20/20 View LLC

I purchased the Angie's List offer for $199 to clean up to a 2500 sq foot home. I called to schedule and they were responsive. I told them I had a detached garage, but my home is only 1300 sq feet. The scheduler initially said she would recommend it be included in the $199 deal. We scheduled and it was fine. I received another call saying that they were not going to clean the detached garage under the deal and it would be an additional $50. We went back and forth because the deal never stated detached garages were extra and my house is so far under the limit, it would be customer-friendly to include the garage. They stated "the deal states one home and the detached garage isn't included as the home". I was honestly dumbfounded by it. I went ahead and agreed to the $50 as I have wasted enough time on the matter. Regarding the day of the cleaning, they initially said they would be there between 8-10am, but I got another call stating 4-6pm. I got home around 4pm because my dog has anxiety and I didn't want him to be uneasy due to all the sounds. They didn't get to my house until 7pm. Granted, the result was great and the house looked very nice, but the experience up to that point left much to be desired.

I have included some pictures. As we came down the street Friday afternoon, I was horrified because I could see large white streaks of soap that had dried on our storm door. My husband walked around the house and found several more places where they had left dirty soap on the house. I called our realtor and he agreed to send the photographer back out Saturday morning to retake the pictures of the outside of the house where the soap stains showed. I called 20/20 View and told them how poorly the job was done. I was told that they could send someone out the following week to redo it. I explained that our house already had a for sale sign in the yard and that the pictures would go live online on Saturday afternoon. We couldn't wait until the next week. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she would have one contact me and that they did not refund money ever. I waited for the manager to call. I received an email from 20/20 after end of business apologizing for our unhappiness and offering to come out the next week to redo the house. I responded to the email stating that this did not replace the phone call I was waiting for and again explaining why we could not wait until the following week to get this problem resolved. On Saturday morning, my husband spent approximately 2 hours cleaning most of the soap scum off of the house and storm door. The storm door was so bad it had dried on soap on the inside and the outside. We have NEVER in 12 years had water come in the storm door. I don't know how they managed to do this. It was dried on and had to be vigorously scrubbed off on both sides.There are still spots on the house that he could not get completely clean. It will eventually need to be scrubbed with a power washer and scrubber by another company. On Saturday at about 4:00 pm the house went live on the internet. We had a request for a showing on Sunday and an offer Monday morning. We had another showing Monday morning and another offer. Both offers were above asking and we ended up in a bidding war, all before 20/20 View would have even been able to get out here to re-clean the house. I called the company back Monday afternoon and explained that the house had already had two showings and two offers and that was due to the fact that we had to clean the house ourselves. The girl on the other end of the phone informed me that we had "violated the warranty by cleaning the house ourselves". When I got done laughing incredulously, I asked for a 25% refund based on the amount of work that had to be done to fix their mess to the best of our ability. The girl said we don't offer refunds. I told her I would be contacting Angie's List about the problems we had with this coupon service. When I called Angie's List and explained everything, they immediately offered me a refund and processed it. I was only asking for 25% back but Angie's List refunded 100% of our money. That made me feel much better. I would never use 20/20 View LLC for anything. If they had arrived and done the work between 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm as promised in their email, I could have checked the work before they left and had them fix any spots that were unacceptable. They did none of the things they promised to do on their website. They did not show up on time, they did not thoroughly clean my house and they did not make it right in the time fame that they knew about before they took the job. The house was sold before they could have ever come out to redo the work that was done improperly.

One of their guys showed up prior to the crew coming out to make sure they were good to go. Crew arrived on time & did a great job. Didn't take very long at all.

I bought a Angie's list deal and the entire experience was great. The staff responded to all my questions and setup my appointment quickly. The work performed made a night and day difference to my house exterior. Nice and clean.

I also asked them to do my deck, which explains the added expenses ($126.00) I had other estimates and they were the best. Everything was excellent. They were wonderful, I could not leave 1 negative comment about them.

Russ & his crew arrived early, and did a thorough and professional job. Worth every penny & I would have them back again!

Since this was an Angie's Big Deal, I had to wait a couple weeks for the work to be done.( I've found companies are very busy when they offer Deals, but I have no problem with that.) I was scheduled for the service, but the time had to be changed prior to my service date. They were very good at contacting me and apologizing about changing the time. The time was set for 8:00 AM, and the truck pulled up almost exactly at 8:00! Russ was very professional and friendly, and told me he'd knock on the door to let me know when they were finished so I could come out and inspect the work. I was thrilled with the way the house looked. They removed every last bit of green staining which was pretty bad in places. The windows were clean without being streaked, and they didn't miss the siding at the back under the deck. I had been planning to paint the garage doors, as they were looking worn, but they included the doors in the wash-down, and lo & behold, they look like new doors. No painting necessary. Russ pointed out some tiny black specks on the siding that were a form of fungus from mulch, and explained, and showed me, why removing them would be worse than leaving them. They are so small I would never have even noticed them - you have to be right up to the siding to see them - but I appreciated him giving me that information. I would not hesitate to use this company again. It was great service at a great price.

Showed up earlier than expected, worked in an expedient and professional manner. They did a very thorough job, and my house looks great!

Not good. They came out and performed the service that I paid for. I was not at home, but my adult daughter said they were here about 45 minutes. I was told it would take 2 hours. When I got home, I could see why they were here only 45 minutes. It was a horrible job. it looked worse than before they came. I sent them three messages with no response so I called them. They said they would redo the house but told me to read the fine print closely. I was told this several times. The came back on 5/3 and redid the service. It looks better, but the white trim on my house is still dirty and stained. I was told that they could come back at an extra charge to clean it better with another chemical. I used them as the reviews were good and some even stated their house looked new. Well, mine is far from it. I would not use them and look for a service that will clean your house the first time and the right way. 20/20 view communicated about scheduling after I bought power wash deal in Angie's list and replied promptly. They accommodated me in earlier schedule as I asked. Guys came and told me what they were going to do. Completed jobs without trying to pressure for selling other services. I bought extra service for walkway cleaning at $65.00. Job completed as written in the deal.

Very well! Mican the lead technician was extremely helpful in explaining the process and what could be completed.

It went well. We had set up a specific time and I made arrangements to be home but they didn't show up. They didn't respond to my email. They ended up coming later that day. My interaction with them was fine. The work was good.

The two service people arrived a little before the appointment time. They introduced themselves set up to start the work and went over the scope of the job to be alone. They were very courteous and professional after the work was done. I was asked to walk around and inspect it to make sure. I was satisfied. I was.

Excellent. The workers were on time & explained the work to be done & we asked them to do the awning & small fence. Special offer for the spring time & very reasonably priced for the add ons.

20/20 did an amazing job. My home looks brand new and I couldn't be happier!

They were 3 hours late what was quoted on the phone/contract ($ 448) they said the roof was larger and it would be $ 100 more. They were here, I agreed. They did do an excellent job.

The 2 guys showed up early, after calling me and letting me know that they were ahead of schedule for the day. Which was great! They arrived and got started right away. I have a 2000 square foot ranch that spans just shy of 2 stories tall. I have white vinyl siding on 3 sides of my home with brick and cedar on the front. They power washed everything...including cleaning my windows. I was really happy to actually see the "white" siding back again, especially on the North side of my home that was getting algae on it. I was most thrilled with how well they cleaned my gutters and downspouts. They were looking rather gray and spotted with mildew and just years of being exposed to the elements. They look brand new now!! Beautiful! Both of the guys were very professional and polite. They weren't ready to leave until I was completely happy with the job they did. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were on time and proceed to work fast and effective. They were very polite and took extra care moving stuff. They finished in about 2 hrs.

Received a call to set up the appointment, they came on the agreed upon day and the house looked terrific when I got home. Very pleased.

On-site people were great. They were running late but informed me of this & it was fine. Both employees were friendly & got right to work. Pleased with service.

Russ, of 20/20 View, LLC was in charge of providing the pressure-wash, etc. service today. There was a cancellation, so we were lucky to get our service performed very quickly after purchasing it. Everything promised was performed and the house looks great! They even pressure-washed the front door mat. Very happy with the end result. The bonus cleaning of the window frames, screens and thorough rinsing of windows, etc. was a very big plus!!

First off, communication with Sheila before the job was very nice and informative. Crin and crew came as planned and also was very informative as he prepared for the job very well. My white vinyl sided house had a lot of greenish moldy looking areas growing especially in the shaded sections, so I was very concerned about picking the right company to do an expert job. It seems like last summer really was a bad season for this type of growth on siding. The reason I picked 20/20 View was so many good reviews on Angie's List, plus they appeared to be a very competent company. They did not disappoint, my siding looks new again! Plus the guys were very cordial and very respectful of my property. I didn't tell Crin but I'm a Quality Assurance Manager, so a good quality job is very important to me. I will use 20/20 View again. If you're looking for a company that will do a first class job in getting the exterior of your home to look its best again, call them, you will be glad you did. I highly recommend 20/20 View
