Excellent job they cleaned all of the moss off of the siding. House looks clean and bright.

Very happy with the job! Removed all mold and dirt from siding and the house looks great for having 36 year old aluminum siding. For an additional fee, cleaned roof over sun porch. Sprayed down all greenery and flowers in beds around house to remove any cleaner that may have gotten on them.

Scheduling was very flexible. They arrived on time and were very polite. They offered additional services (to power wash my side walk and deck), but did not pressure at all. I added the side walk to my service and plan on having them come back to do the deck after seeing how amazing my house looked when they were done. Will definitely use again.

They were later arriving than they said, but they did call and tell me they would be late. they were friendly and polite and did a thorough and excellent job.

They were very prompt in returning calls and use e-mail too, which was convenient. We initially wanted our only our house power-washed but once we found out that they could clean up our paver patio and do our porch floor (which had never been done) , we agreed. Scheduling was very easy and they came back the second day to seal the porch floor. It looks great!

It went great as both my wife and I work so being home would be difficult to have any work done. I requested that they perform the work without my attendance and it was done. They provided a quote prior which I knew my house would exceed the original sq. ft of the offer - but acceptable. I was able to pay on-line which made the process all that much easier. They also provided a quote for power-washing my patio - which I didn't do but may in the spring.

Powered washed the house and did remove algae from the back of the house. The rest of the house looks like a child with a hose was just spraying at random. They could not have used any detergent or cleaning solution during the power washing of the house. About 2 feet below the soffits around the entire house is as dirty as they were before 20/20 arrived. Additionally there are 2 inside corners on this house and they are dirty from the top to the bottom of the siding I ran my finger down the siding covered with a wet paper towel and the dirt wiped right off. I called 20/20 to question the quality of the work. She said they would send someone back out to finish the job. Instead I got a call saying that was as good as it gets and what I was seeing was oxidation from the aluminum siding caused by the soffits and this was typical of aluminum siding and why it was only about 2 feet below the soffits. I can see the areas where the siding is faded and oxidized. There are a few places around the house. This is dirt on the siding in some places on top of faded areas and some its not. The inside corners that are dirty from the top to the bottom kind of defeats the argument that it is because it is under the soffits. I returned the call and got his VM and then I called the office and said that was not an acceptable answer. The next day on 10/13 I was called and told again they would send someone out, she apologized and stated it was hard to find good help. She said she could send someone out the next day on Friday, but I wasn't available and said I wanted someone there on Saturday and I would be there all day. I was told that I would get an email confirmation. I did not and no one should up on Saturday. I got a VM on Sunday scheduling an appointment for Tuesday, which I was in a conference on that day and no one verified with me that was a good time. Someone came out that day on the 18th, called me and said there was nothing they could do. I have had another estimate to do the house correctly. They are charging $150 and said the dirt that was not removed by 20/20 is dirt and will come right off or they wont charge me. Meanwhile I found an invoice in my junk email this morning from 20/20 for $20 for cleaning a sidewalk (they did get the dirt off of that) with a 2 day period to pay OR they charge 1% a week. Do not hire these people AND BEWARE of buying any special deals through Angies List. This is the 2nd of 2 I purchased on the same day and I still have not heard from the Pest Control company that has had my money for almost a month now. Even though I scheduled it through Angies List at the time of purchase and this is the 2nd time that this has happened.

All was ok, except that some of the algae on front porch banister did not come off and still very much there. Also, my shrubbery was affected by the cleaner and a lot of my leaves are brown and have died. Where has not died, there is a residue that is still on there and doesn't look healthy. I'm very much afraid of losing the bushes and trees.

They didn't use a traditional power wash, but instead they treat with a chemical and then spray it off with water. It worked great and looks wonderful afterwards.

It was alright. First of all, I was under the experience. they charge me to power wash my deck, but they used my water. I could have done the same thing, so was there a deal in it? No. It wasn't a deal for me. The deck looked good.

They were fast, efficient and friendly! They took time to answer my questions and did a thorough job.

Team arrived well within arrival window. Came to front door, introduced themselves, explained the procedure, asked is there were any questions, proceeded with service. Thoroughly professional, friendly, and considerate. Upon finishing, came to the door and explained what was done and what to expect after they had gone. Again asked if I had any questions. Left card with name and phone number if any thing came up. Very good job!

Asked for price for entire roof as roof is bigger than size in deal. Under the impression that cleaning was eco friendly, but I smelled strong odor of bleach. They wouldn't do whole roof, only portion stated in Big Deal. So I told them I would not call them again. I wasn't pleased with them.The price for the job was reasonable. Had a hard time contacting the company to begin with. They did a good job as far as the roof is clean, so that part is good. I was not expecting bleach as the roof is close to my pond. They couldn't talk to each other. They were pretty punctual. The employee appeared very professional, but the dealing with the company was not.

It was a nasty, rainy day but my house was sparkling when arrived home from work. We are very pleased with the work - all that nasty mold on the siding was gone. We weren't home at the time of the washing and there was no evidence anyone had even been at our house - other than the fact that it was sparkly clean. The property was left exactly as it was found - nothing was disturbed. Thank you!!!

Zeke came at 10:30 and introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He was very friendly, informative,answered a couple questions I had. He did ask me if I wanted the front walkway cleaned too because of mold in the cement and gave me a reasonable price for it. He was here for an hour and a half and did a great job. The house looks so much better. Thank you so much.

The roof cleaning went very well. Crew of two came out and did a great job. After six weeks the roof really looks good and clean. The process used removed all the black mold and bacteria accumulated over the years. Now all of the original colors in roof singles are showing.

It went fine. I don't know if I would use them again but most of the problem was it took them quite a lot of time to complete it but it was mostly weather related. They did a very good job keeping in touch by email about the weather problems and so on and so forth.

The guys were great. I had no problems with them at all. I did try to get a hold of their office at 10:00 am because they were scheduled from 9:00 to 11:00. No one answered the phone. I called a few times because I live so far out of Columbus. The office person called me finally and said they had a window of arrival between 9 and 11. I didn't realize it was like the cable guy.

It went great. They arrived on time and did a great job.

Their communication was great. They showed up right on time and were very polite and courteous. They measured the gutters to be cleaned to determine if it was more than the package allowed for. They checked back in with me before beginning to see if I wanted the few extra feet cleaned or not. We agreed on the work and they started right away. They were finished in a reasonable amount of time enough that I thought they should have been able to clean everything they said they would clean. It turns out however that they did a very poor job with the actual cleaning. I guess they figure if you hire someone to clean your gutters, you must not physically be able to climb up there to do it yourself so you probably won't check to see if it was done right. My husband checked a week or so later because we needed to seal the corners for leaks. There was a golf ball completely blocking the opening to the downspout in one corner along with a lot of composted debris left in nearly every corner. My husband said it was hard to see what they actually cleaned at all. There was even an 8" tall plant growing in another corner. After seeing what $200 was going to get me, I though it was kinda high but then to have paid that much for them to do such a poor job was really unacceptable. I definitely won't hire this company again for anything.

They did a great job of pressure washing our house. The guys were very pleasant, easy to deal with, and very thorough. We highly recommend them!

Great. Appointment was made online. They came as scheduled. I did not need to be there since it was outside work (however one family member was in the house), the work was done, no mess, no trace they had been there, except a very clean outside of my house. Very satisfied. That's how all work should be scheduled and done.

Zeke called to let me know he was stuck in Columbus traffic and that he would likely be 15-20 minutes later than the originally scheduled time. I was working from home, so that was not a problem, but still good that he called ahead. He was professional and worked steadily until all the windows were done. The only suggestion I would have is to have some kind of padding between the ladder and the house/railing. Last summer I had painted my exterior railings white and the ladder left dark marks. I simply washed them off, but could be avoided in the future.
