Beautiful job! Restored the 'freshness' of the exterior of the house.

Great. I purchased a big deal or Angie's coupon for service. They offered to clean gutters while there for a small fee, which was a big help - I just had trees removed that caused the old debris in gutters. My neighbor wished he purchased a coupon and hired them too after seeing my clean house!

Cleaned windows inside and out. Did not clean window sills as advertised, I found that disappointing.

The house was cleaned, but the process removed paint on the trim where it meets the siding. I would understand this happening on one window, but to not notice, and damage 6 windows is inexcusable. Crim, the company representative, tells me they did not do it. The fact is, the wind paint was good before they started. The painting was done only 3 1/2 years ago. a second problem was that they did wash the front porch, but not the walk. I called immediately, called again and emailed the next day (saturday). Called again on Monday. Finally got a hold of Megan on Tuesday. She promised me an answer ASAP, but i had to call again Weds and Thursday! I finally received a call from Crim on Thursday. To late for the walk to be done by Crim. I had landscaping being done around the walk, and they charged me $100.00 to wash it first. Crime did agree to refund the $100.00, but we are at odds over the windows.

Everything went well. They picked up the screens when they promised, did the work they said they would and returned the screens on time. I couldn't be happier.

It went well. My neighbor had worked done and highly recommended them. When I gave them a call we went over the project I had in mind and they gave me a discount for being a referral. My neighbor also got a discount which was nice of them. They sent numerous of emails with reminders and confirmations and details of what I should expect the day of the installation. I met the workers and they were professional and nice. I had many questions and they took their time to answer them. They made sure I was satisfied with the work and took pictures to show me what was done. I appreciate a good company like this who still has customer service and amazing work ethic as a priority. I will definitely call them in the spring for other cleaning.

All plants were prewatered to help protect them from the product used to remove dirt/algae. I had green "algae" stains and other dirt buildup mostly on one side of the house. The stains were removed even under the down spouts. At the walk around at the end I pointed out a small area that was missed and that the downspouts were still pretty dirty in the elbows. They worked on the areas I mentioned and they were mostly cleaned. Considering how much work it is to do this myself (I've partially done it) and how clean they got the vast majority of the house I was very pleased with the outcome.

I called and left message asking to see the fine print that would explain about the door not being included. Voicemail said they would call in 1 hour. No call back. Asked the worker to have the office call me before I pay. He said they would. No call back. I got an email saying thanks for letting us clean the door and if I don't pay the $25 there would be a 1% service charge per week. I paid. I always planned on paying. Just wanted an explanation. This method of up selling works well for the company. It's terrible from customer viewpoint.

Ended up cancelling because I discovered that what I thought was dirt was actually "frosting" caused by defective window seals.

20/20 View LLC had a coupon special on Angie's List for the roof cleaning so I signed up for it. Due to a scheduling conflict, we had to change the date of service which was done with no problem. On the scheduled date, Agustin and his helper showed up at 8:15am(8am appt) with a large self contained truck which only needed an outside spigot to hook up to. Due to the design of our house with the garage roof ridge parallel with and in front of the house roof, Agustin measured and said it would cost an additional $125 to include it for treatment which I agreed to. While his helper sprayed the surrounding vegetation with water, Agustin sprayed the chemical cleaner on the roof shingles. While I was under the impression that an environmentally friendly product was being used, the solution had a bleach odor that was still evident a day later. Also, apparently the helper didn't hose off our side bushes well enough and the leaves turned brown along the edges but otherwise were ok. The job was completed by 9:09am so less than an hour to do. I waited until now to review because I was interested to see if the fungus returned which so far it has not. The fungus was removed and the roof looks 100% better. Note on the pictures: the "after" shots were taken later the same day as the treatment and the spots that are visible did disappear.

It was nice. Nothing it was okay, nothing outstanding. It was okay.

They did an okay job, I wasn't unsatisfied. They seemed to be pretty stingy.

Deal was for 1500 sq feet, but I have an additional 600 sq feet on my roof. They quoted me $420 for the additional space. They wanted to change me more than twice as much as the deal, to do 40% percent more for my roof. I cancelled the offer with Angie's LIst and requested a refund.

20/20 View LLC was a pleasure to work with. The workers were on time and carefully explained what they were going to do. I have dogs so I had many questions about safety. All of my questions were answered and I was not made to feel like a stupid idiot for asking questions. They did their work quickly, efficiently, and left everything in good order. My house looked great!

Everything went as planned and the gutters and siding were spotless after they finished. Micrin and his team was very quick to respond from the beginning to the end. He was professional and upfront about everything. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend his services to anyone. If your wondering about pricing, it was fair. I felt comfortable paying what was charged because I knew the work would be done right, and I wouldn't injure myself falling off a ladder. You get what you pay.
