We have been calling Mark Conklin for our plumbing needs for the past few years and he always responds promptly. He's very competent and doesn't waste your time with idle chatter.

We are new to the area and had nobody we had worked with since moving up here. Looked on Angie's List and found Toledo Sewer and Drain. Mark responded quickly to my voice mail and came out a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to repair it promptly. This was the result of a basement water issue and another company tried to sell me an $8,000 waterproofing solution and it turned out to be a plumbing issue. Thanks Mark.

Mark returned my phone call right away on a Friday evening. He was able to come out the following morning and not only solved the horrible odor eminating from my sink and dishwasher but also replaced a worn out faucet in my bathroom. Very professional, efficient and cleaned up after the work. Highly recommend Toledo Sewer and Drain. I had this same company do work for me last year on an outside drain pipe that was cracked and was being overtaken by a wild tree root. Mark did the work quickly and professionally. He dug out the root and replaced the drain at a very reasonable price.

Went wonderfully, thank god he checked my basement after getting toothbrush out was very attentive.

This incident occurred over a year ago, and I have forgotten the details. I just know that the sewer was cleared and is still working fine.

Was there right on time. Had to get on the roof to clean out the drain. Had to find the outside clean out trap which he did. It was in the back of the house. He cleaned that out. Had to use quite a length of that metal snake for both places. He worked hard. Was there for an hour and a half. Nice guy. I guess the cost is within parameters of everyone else.

Very well. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Mark is great. I've been using him for about a year. He stands behind his work. I'd highly recommend him to others. I'll continue use him again. He doesn't charge any service/trip fees.

My kitchen drain became completely plugged with spaghetti. I called Toledo Sewer and Drain and they never returned my phone call.

I was visiting my sister in Toledo and Sunday afternoon (01/25/09) I decided that I was going to get her kitchen sink drain cleaned out (after she left for work Monday morning) since it had been blocked for a very long time. I called Toledo Sewer and Drain and left a message, explaining what I needed to have done and that I was leaving to return to Virginia Monday morning. Mark Conklin called me Monday morning and scheduled me in as the second stop of the day. He arrived and cleaned out all three drains. He was very courteous and efficient. If I have any future need for a plumber when I am in Toledo Toledo Sewer and Drain will be my first call.

It was very professional and he was able to come the same morning. He was punctual and remedied the problem in about ten minutes. He was very timely, efficient and knew exactly what to do. I don't remember any problems with clean up. He was responsive, the price was reasonable and he did a good job. I am already considering using him for another project when I begin it.

He was punctual. He did not disturb my landscaping. He was very nice. He gave us some advice and he marked the place on the house where the trap was located. I would use him again.

I started to wash some patio furniture, and when I hooked up my hose to the outdoor faucet and turned it on, I immediately noticed that I had a problem. Water drained from behind the faucet, and so I shut it off. When I went to check out the problem in the basement, I noticed that water had sprayed from where the pipe goes to the outside. I checked Angie's List for a local plumber and found Mark Conklin who was licensed and bonded. I read the reports that were submitted and decided to give him a call. I got his voice mail and left a message and he returned my call quickly. Since it was later in the day and not an emergency, he set up a time for the next day. When Mark arrived, he assessed the situation and went immediately to work. In less than an hour he had repaired the problem, and clearly explained to me what had happened. In fact, he showed me the damaged pipe that he replaced and explained how the pipe should tilt downward to drain in the winter. He was very professional, and I am happy with the work and the price. I will call him again with any plumbing problems I might have in the future.

All seems well. Very prompt and curteous service.

They were not pushy and did a good job. I would use this company again in the future.

I first spoke with Bob and he said he couldn't be here until tomorrow. A little later his brother Tim called and said he could come over in 1/2 hour. He showed up at the agreed upon time. He explained what needed to done and I gave the approval. As he fixed the leak he explained what he was doing and why. He finished in about 1 minutes. He also showed me how to fix my soap dispenser in the kitchen.

Great! Called at 10am with a backed up floor drain. Mark arrived and had the work completed within a half-hour. Mark was very friendly, professional, and got the work done for the low end of the estimate he gave me on the phone. I will definitely call him again if or when the need arises.

DID A GREAT JOB! VERY PERSONABLE! CALLED AND WAS HERE IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. SNAKED OUT THE PIPES AND WAS GONE IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.

Fantastic!! Mike responded to my request for service within twenty minutes. Within thirty minutes of arriving he had the toilet drains clear and the flushing problem solved. He was professional and dependable.

I had an old water tank that started leaking. I called him to get an estimate. He was very professional and told me what I would need. He installed the tank right away, explained in detail what he needed to make the tank fit in a very small area. I was very pleased with his work.
