Description of Work: Bill Warner arrived at the house without us and started his inspection like a true professional. When we met, he conveyed any major concerns. We received his incredibly thorough report shortly thereafter with thermal imaging on some issues that I doubt any other home inspector would find! I really appreciate that Bill includes minor maintenance items that I can put on my list for the future and items to monitor down the road. I would highly recommend Bill Warner Inspections...
