RIGGS REMODELING

He's done some great work for me. He's been absolutely lovely to work with. He's very responsive. He's great. I have a family, so having someone in and out of the house all the time is not easy, and when he's there he's easy. I love that. I didn't want to work too much with the plumbing and electrical because I live in an old house and the permitting is very difficult. He updated my kitchen, appliances, counter tops, etc and made my kitchen more functional. The cost was very reasonable. He's friendly, communicates well, and he's no pressure. He draws out the plans and lets you change them.

Depending on the day there were 1-3 crew members. They finished the work in about three weeks. They were honest and did the work to the level I was happy with. If they did something I didn't like and I mentioned it they would fix it.

Roger came out to look at our kitchen for a remodel. He was easy to schedule with and immediately emailed references. The day he came out he was on time and very pleasant. We enjoyed speaking with him and felt he had a good knowledge of older homes and of our specific needs. In short, he was a contender for our business. The problem was simply that we never heard back from him with an estimate or anything. This is not a small project either (not one you'd ignore if you are a busy contractor). We were told he'd have something to us in "about a week". We did check our junk email during that time frame and after, so somehow he either didn't respond in any way, or his info for us got lost in the mail. :-(

great, few hiccups but Roger took care of it.

The first two workers were wonderful, quick,cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. The young man who came to paint did such a horrible job (paint spatters everywhere, broken light bulb, minimal clean up) that Roger and 2 others had to spend more than 2 hours cleaning up after him! I later found several other things that had not been finished to my satisfaction. To his credit Roger and crew did come back to make these corrections. I might hire them again but would make sure every detail was clearly understood before any work started.

I got estimates from three other companies before I selected Rodger Riggs remodeling. Rodger came out personally to inspect my house and give me an estimate. I was impressed when he suggested that some of the work included in previous estimates from another company was "overkill" and not needed. He also promised to be accessible to me by phone whenever I had questions or needed anything (unlike another company who would not respond to my questions). Best of all, he gave me a 2-page list of his customers with addresses and phone numbers and told me to feel free to call any of them. I did call one person I picked at random and he told me his experience with Rodger and his crew couldn't have been better. He highly recommended this company. At the end of the job I asked Rodger to add my name to that list because I couldn't be happier with my experience. I get so many compliments on my "new" bathrooms! The work was done in an efficient and timely manner. I was never left without the use of a toilet or shower, and I thoroughly enjoyed the guys who did the work. I can't imagine having a better experience with any company. AND I spent far less than I had expected.

A few hours after gutting the main bath my husband died. The guys were so very considerate and worked out of sequence to make sure I had a working tub and toliet by the end of the next day. Anthony, who did the majority of the work, was extremely friendlyand considerate. I felt very comfortable leaving him in the house while I ran errands. I plan on using Riggs for more work next year and have already recommended them to friends.

He did a good job, and his crew cleaned up well. He's very professional and he does come on the job site.

Working with Roger Riggs is a pleasure. It is easy to contact Rodger, and he always addresses concerns promptly. He has a great crew, especially Anthony and Steve. This is the second time I've used Roger's company, and will use them again for my next project.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roger Riggs. He is prompt, courteous, and always available for questions or concerns. His company renovated our kitchen, this included granite countertops, new lighting, tiling, and building a bench and shelves around a washer and dryer. He installed a new sink in the kitchen and placed one in our laundry room. The work is beautiful and detailed. My wife and I have recommended him to several neighbors.
