STALL'S CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION

I am writing this 2 years after the occurrence, still a bad taste. I am also writing the review for the contractor who performed the work, a totally positive experience! I worked with both John and Patty Stall. The Vill of Whitehouse and City of Maumee had requirements which made the patio and shed pad a bit more of an issue BUT it was early in the season and they gave me a great quote and had time. Every time they asked for something I provided it. Then they started to get busy and asked if I could wait, twice. I said it wasn't a rush so I waited, a total of 3 months. The date came. A day before start date they told me they didn't want the job. It was a great year, job costs were up. That included mine. Now I had to pay more with someone else. By letting them put me later on the list, I got screwed. I had a signed contract but they didn't want to collect until they started, I had nothing to hold them to. Obviously they are not professionals and I will never do business with them. They gave me no reason for cancelling, a message on the phone and would never return my calls. ELS
