Rowe Tree Service

I received a written price quote to remove the tree two days after my initial contact with the company. Once I gave the "go ahead" to do the work they were on site two business days later. I received a confirmation telephone call on the morning of the day on which the work was scheduled. The entire process took about 90 minutes and included cutting the tree down, chipping the brush, grinding the stump, and removing the wood. They cleaned up all of the associated debris and left my yard essentially in the same condition that it was in before they arrived. The two man crew was professional and courteous.

Would love to review their work, but this is the third tree removal company in our area that has not even returned our calls. What ever happened to customer satisfaction?? Is the economy really that great that these people can afford to ignore service requests?

They kept to the estimate, which I liked. They were very fast at coming out and doing the work as soon as the weather was decent enough to do it. My only complaint was that it took them too long to send me a bill, which is not necessarily a bad thing.

They are local to us. They are very reasonable compared to a lot of other places that I'd called because we had a lot of trees taken out of here. They are very reasonable. We will use their services again in the future.
