MARQUARD REMODELING

It went extremely well. Work was done on time and on budget with total professionalism. Would recommend Shawn Marquard to anyone who is looking for this type of construction.

Provider was very prompt in providing a bid. He showed up on time to do the work and finished on time. Had a problem with the shower threshold and he found the solution and fixed the problem We are now using him on a kitchen remodeling project.

We are awaiting the quote but have been VERY pleased with the service so far.

Tom was referred to me by a friend. We met with Tom and knew immediately that he was the contractor that we were looking for. Tom has a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of home improvement. There is almost nothing that he can do. We gutted the kitchen and he did the rest. He replaced all the walls and ceiling. I had an 8 foot ceiling and he vaulted it to match the living room and kitchen. He made a beautiful trimmed opening in the wall separating the living room and kitchen. Tom removed a knee wall and extended the opening to my dining room to create an open concept and a great flow from the three rooms. He installed all the new cabinets, tiled backsplash and did all all the plumbing including faucet, refrigerator water line, garbage disposal, he re-routed a sink vent (that was in the soffits that we removed) to the roof to allow the 39 inch cabinets. He installed an island and did extra trim work to make it look great. Tom installed all new flooring in my dining room, kitchen, and foyer. He installed an entry and storm door along with all the trim. He also helped my husband with gutter repair and replaced a pipe that was leaking. I know that I am probably forgetting some thing. He did so many extras . Tom is a true professional who takes great pride in his work. He delivers on everything he promises and then some. He will be remodeling a bathroom for me in the near future. My kitchen looks amazing and I am so happy with everything that Tom did for us to get results that we wanted. I highly recommend Tom Marquard. (Marquard Remodeling) Pam Weiss

TOM IS DOING THIS ON THE SIDE AND IS VERY BUSY. WHEN HE CAME HE WORKED STEADILY AND EFFICIENTLY. MADE REASONABLE SUGGESTIONS.

THEY DID ALL THE RIGHT THINGS. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

PUT FLOOR IN BATHROOM ALONG WITH REMODELING THE UPSTAIRS.
