Cavanaugh Electric Company

We found Cavanaugh Electric at the Cleveland Home & Garden Show. We needed a highly skilled electrical company to tear out and replace the whole electrical system in our house from the basement to the finished third floor and attic. The house was built in 1925 and still had all the original knob & tube wiring. We'd already torn out most of the old plaster walls & ceilings for new insulation, so Cavanaugh quoted us considerably less than if all the plaster had been intact. The crew started & came on time every day, with 3-5 electricians and a truckload of supplies. Every man was courteous and professional, working nonstop all day except for a quick lunch. They teamed up easily whenever something needed more than two hands. They swept up & bagged the trash every day before they left. Looking back now, the whole job was perfectly planned and executed. If you can call electrical work beautiful, this truly is. The Shaker Heights inspector passed the entire job without one negative comment. Cavanaugh isn't cheap, so I rated them a B on price, but they get an A on value and peace of mind.
