+ -1 moreThey were probably here 5-8 minutes, but they never knocked, so I'm not sure how much work they did. I never had a problem, but there was very little interaction.

+ -1 moreThe area to be reseeded was approximately 3 ft x 30 ft. The estimate included Power Rake, Sun Shade Seed mix, 1/2 yd of top soil, re-seeding, straw and starter fertilizer. Had several estimates for this; I believe the other one was $75 but did not include raking (not sure.) Nobody I talked to mentioned that either the lawn should settle more or dirt should be removed first. I ended up doing it myself with decent results. I liked that he listed on the estimate and actually gave it to me in writing as to what would be done. Don't know if any kind of guarantee. Think it was almost a week before he came out or I got the estimate. I remember him stopping by in the evening I think and then he dropped it off later or mailed it, not really sure.
Description of Work: Requested estimate for re-seeding area in front yard where pipe had been put in for waterproofing system.
