 + -1 moreMarty came out and described specifically how to fix this problem. He gave me an estimate and came back and completed the job expeditiously and at estimate's price. I believe the gutters have finally been fixed permanently.
Description of Work: Marty repaired and reshaped loose hanging gutters. He also replaced gutter guards that had fallen off.

Description of Work: Marty was on time and looked at the problem. He didn't think it was a chimney problem but it did need repair. He gave us a very good view of what he thought could cause the leak and fix the leak and did all the work that he said would do. After we had a rain, he called me to ask if the problem was fix. I appreciated his honesty and told me, he would come back if it didn't fix the leak. He was very reasonable in price.

 + 0 moreOnce the problems were evaluated, they scheduled a date and worked within the estimate both in money and time.
Description of Work: Working with our current gutters, they fixed several overflow, overload, and leveling problems. They did this by adding an additional downspot and correcting the current installation. By not replacing all of our gutters, it saved a lots of money. The corrections and additions to our current gutters appear to have completely fixed our overflowing gutter problem.

 + 0 moreMarty went above and beyond. He came in on the low range of his estimate of work needed to be performed (he did not gouge us with unnecessary work.) He did a walk around on the room and repaired the flashing around the flu pipes without charge.
Description of Work: Had slow growth of mold on ceiling near fireplace. Traced to water entering around the fireplace and flashing between garage and second floor.

 + -1 moreThey gave ideas of how to fix the improper drainage and overflowing of our gutters. We opted to repair existing system by adding additional downspouts. They were prompt, cleaned up, and came in under the estimate. We have used their services before and would call them again for gutter and roofing repairs.

 + 1 moreI cannot tell you how marvelous he was. He went up to fix the chimney, and he fixed everything else around it. He can't stand to leave anything in disrepair. He even cleaned out a gutter. He's a perfectionist. I wish I would've found him sooner. He does a perfect job.
Description of Work: He resurfaced and tuckpointed 2 chimneys, and did shingle/ roofing repair. His price was very reasonable.
