Sub-contractor arrived on time, contractor arrived late, stayed about 20 minutes and did not return during or after the project.He did not return to check the quality of the work or to review it with me upon completion. Sub contractor was messy and somewhat careless during installation. Laid his pipe wrench directly on the unprotected toilet seat of the new commode. Careless of property. He allowed trap water to run all over the floor because he had no supplies with him to clean up or absorb the mess. He asked me for old towels to mop up, a bucket to use, my broom and dust pan and ultimately my vacuum to clean up the black dirt which had been smeared on my beige carpet. because he had set the old vanities directly on the bedrooms' carpet without any protection. The actual installation seemed to go well. They completely avoided any carpentry work. All materials and debris was removed to my building's loading dock where they were disposed of by my building's crew. The day after completion the p trap in one of the sinks was leaking and when I contacted the contractor I was told someone would be here within 1/2 hour. Was called back 45 minutes later to say it would be longer. He finally came back about 1 1/2 hours later to replace a washer which he said he had tightened too tight. There has been no evidence of additional leaks or problems. There has been no follow up or additional contact by Mike Koehler, the owner contractor.

He came out and looked at my bathroom. He gave me an estimate. He spent some time and I was very pleased. He had some great ideas. He was very responsive. He was right in the ballpark and he was very professional. I was very happy with him, but I chose another company as I had worked with a person from that company. I will use this company in the future.

Mike was timely, professional, and in close communication with me throughout the job. He returned calls immediately and showed excellent responsiveness. He was very prompt in meeting with me to discuss the work that I wanted to have done and in starting the job once a contract was in place. John, who did all of the work in my home, was dependable, trustworthy, and was very respectful of my home and my family. The work site was always clean at the end of the day, and he took great care not to leave things where they would be in the way. The finished work is beautiful, and I would not hesitate to hire this company again in the future.

WHETHER HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROBLEMS WITH THE ORIGINAL BENCH IS ARGUABLE, BUT NEVERTHELESS HE NEVER SHOWED ANY INTEREST IN GETTING OUR BUSINESS FOR THE REPAIR.
