Description of Work: He was professional and prompt. Came to give us an estimate because the area was larger than provided for on the Angie's List offer. Did a very good job and returned the next day to redo two spots that were missed. The only complaint I have is that although the website and estimate noted that credit cards were accepted, we were charged more because we used a credit card.

Description of Work: my hardwood have been neglected over the years. Fabulous Flooring completed one room and made it look really nice. He had to make two trips because of the extreme dryness of the floors, absorbing much of the sealer. But they sure do shine. I will probably use them again for my remaining rooms.

Description of Work: Contractor came to the house and reviewed my floors with me to see if they needed total refinishing or just light work. Decision was to redo the entire floor since it was good floor wood but needed deep refinishing instead of light work. He will take the cost of the coupon previously bought and apply it to the total estimate to redo the entire house of 590 sq ft. Thought his prices were reasonable since others were charging more. Hope to get the work done this summer when pets can be accommodated easier than in the winter. I look forward to seeing the work done and living in a great house.

Description of Work: They refinished my downstairs living room, dining room and hallway. Although it took longer than I was lead to expect I was pleased with the overall result. I felt the cleanup could have been better - there was quite a bit of fine sawdust left. There were also some holes left which I expected to be patched.

Description of Work: David came to my home and inspected the floors. He stated that I would not get the expected results from a resurface on my floors and gave me an estimate to refinish them. We have decided to do that at another time, we would be off the floors for about 3/4 days. Maybe in the summer when we can be out if the house. David was very professional, courteous and informative.

Description of Work: We had all of our hardwood floors on our first floor and our steps sanded down and stained a darker color. The floors turned out awesome. They are the perfect color! They make our home look so much warmer and updated. Fabulous Floors did a wonderful job. However, the subcontractor that was used left a bit of a mess. Trash in our front yard, our porch, stain from the floors smudged in random spots like base boards of our steps and light switches. We informed Fabulous Floors and they apologized and said the subcontractor would be met with to discuss the issues. The good outweighed the bad. The work was fantastic, highly reccomended.

Description of Work: I contacted Fabulous Floors through a Groupon for $99.00 1 room reconditioning of hardwood floors. I wasn't home when the floors were done, but my husband was and let Fabulous Floors in to do work. When I came home, I was very disappointed. The floors were not sanded to remove dark areas and old water marks. My husband authorized Fabulous Floors to put a polyurathane on the floor for an extra charge. So that was put on floor that didn't look any different than before work was done. The issue was the terminology of the offer, reconditioning versus sanding. I still don't really know what was done as reconditioning. Of course the work was paid for when they arrived through the Groupon. I still have to send the extra $86.00 to them for polyurthane, and the floor will have to be sanded and refinished again. I accept responsibility for misunderstanding what I was buying, but Fabulous Floor misrepresented what was being offered. I did talk with the owner/worker who performed this job and he knows I am not pleased with the work.
