 + 5 moreDave is a dedicated expert in his field. His work is of the highest quality and he is a man of his word. When he tells you he will do something, he will--including returning phone calls and keeping me informed along the way, and he strives diligently to control costs. I have had no surprises along the way, which has been most important, as I travel frequently. I highly recommend Dave and plan to use his services again in the future for additional updates to my house.
Description of Work: Dave Eng with "Eurown Custom Carpentry" is an INCREDIBLY talented man. He remodeled my kitchen last year, adding all new custom cabinets, granite countertops, and new faucets. The updated improvements have increased the value of my home tremendously. Dave contributed outstanding ideas regarding where to add an extra cabinet for storage, and all the installation was top notch. All the drawers and cabinet doors work great and I have had many compliments from friends. During the last couple of weeks, I contracted again with Dave to remodel a lower level room, which was in great need of updating. He not only solved a mold issue I had, but he removed the old paneling, carpet, and padding and framed out the entire exterior wall so that the new wall would be even. He again, contributed wonderful ideas for building oak bookcases on each side of the fireplace and topping the counters with granite. He also noticed that the window sills were uneven, which he will cover in oak as well. He also suggested to place small can lights over each bookcase. He removed a huge "log" mantel and plans on building a new mantel complete with crown molding edges and corblels. His ideas are second to none.
