+ -1 moreThey came out and filled it. About a week later I started calling them saying that something was wrong. They kept saying they would come out and check it and they never did over a six week period. Finally, he sent his assistant and that person said "It's really bad". They said it was a really expensive part but they said to call the warranty people. We called them and they came out to look and said that there was nothing wrong with the unit, it just had too much freon in it. It cost us $600 to fix the error on their part. They won't honor their error that they made.
Description of Work: They said my A/C unit needed more freon.
