Best carpet cleaning I've gotten in years! I've used many companies and this was truly the best. They carefully pre-spotted and went over all/any areas with stains till they all came out. My carpet is like new. They gave a small bottle of stain remover as a bonus. David, the lead technician was thoroughly professional and he was a good mentor to Adam, his helper. Will use these guys again!

I bought a big deal for this. It was alright. I ended up paying another $50 or $70. I had a lot of trouble getting hold of them. They did do it pretty quickly, but they were very difficult to get hold of. They put some carpet protectant and stain protectant on my carpet, but it was alright. It was not the most amazing service. I really had to chase to find them. Their punctuality was fine; there was no problem. Once they came out they came on time. There were a lot of stains that were still there. It did not show it when it was wet, it definitely showed when it was dry so I just don't think it was that effective.

I was not actually present at the time: a friend of mine was standing in for me. But my understanding was that they called ahead, arrived on time, and did exactly what they had said they would do. There were some stains they could not get out, but most of those were very old and had survived previous cleaning attempts. They did, however, lighten even those stains. From what I understand, there was no attempt to upsell: at one point a technician even recommended a commercial product that they didn't themselves sell as a treatment for pet stains. They also gave my friend advice about carpet cleaning products NOT to use. Finally, they left a small bottle of upholstery/carpet cleaner as a gift. From everything I heard, and from the results I saw, I would recommend them.

Two technicians arrived when scheduled and cleaned carpets in great room, master bedroom, study and dining room. They were polite and careful not to bump into furniture and left the carpets in perfect, clean condition. They also provided a free bottle of special stain remover.

I was impressed from the start. Someone answered the phone when I called to make the appointment which is a plus. Easily discussed coupons and pricing and setup an appointment. Technicians called in advance to confirm time of arrival. They were polite, professional and did a thorough job. They kept me informed of areas that needed extra treatment and very informative about what to expect next, when to move furniture back, etc. Well done!

I first had contact with this company on July 1st 2013. They came out to clean my couch. When they arrived and looked at my couch I was told it had to be Dry Cleaned instead of the steam clean because of the fabric. This is when Larry disappears into my bathroom. Jeff explained the process and the difference between the two cleanings. I decided not to have it cleaned. He was very knowledgeable and professional. As we waited (and waited) for Larry to get out of the bathroom, we talked about the slate tile in my foyer and what it takes to clean it. Jeff told me what was involved and a ball park estimate. I remarked several times about the length of time Larry was in the bathroom. By then the smell was overwhelming and he hadn't even come out yet. When that bathroom door finally opened, I was literally gagging. I had also pulled up my shirt to cover my nose and mouth. I was p*****, Jeff kept apologizing. I called the owner (Doug) and explained what happened. He was almost speechless. Pretty much apologized and asked what he could do. I didn't want anything except to bring this to his attention and to address it. We talked a little bit about how he didn't even want his employee's to smoke because of the odor they bring into homes. Although I had a bad experience the first time, I thought Jeff handled it well and decided to give this company a second chance. About a month later, I called and set up an appointment to have Jeff do my foyer. I also decided to have my carpets cleaned. We talked about who would come out with Jeff and it was going to be their only non-smoker, Austin. I made it clear that my first priority was my foyer. Next came the problems. Jeff decided he couldn't do the foyer. They gave me the phone # of someone who could. After talking to this other guy, I decided not to use him. He was a commercial property professional but couldn't afford him to do what little needed to be done. I called Doug back, we talked, addressed Jeff's concerns over doing the foyer, and decided that Jeff would do it. I told them I had to have this completed by Aug. 28th. Over the next few weeks, Doug would send his employee's out without an appointment or to clean carpets only or they would cancel because someone was sick/working out of town/died/family emergency....... The final straw for me was on Aug. 26th. They never showed up and never called. When I called to ask if they were running late, I was told that Jeff had tried to call me to cancel because of (pick one). He never called me, he said he did. The bottom line..... The owner allows his employee's to call the shots. They do the job only if they want to. Make up excuses. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this. I should never have given this company a second chance. The guy crapping in my bathroom and making my home smell worse than a port-a-potty showed total disrespect. And after the run around I got on top of this just shows the owner condones this behavior. One good thing came out of this. I joined Angie's List afterwards.

It was good. The basic service was $99. I got deodorizer and spot remover so I paid additional. Two guys showed up and they were really professional. I couldn't believe how quick they did it. I was real happy. They were a little late.

My experience with them was excellent. They did their job. They cleaned everything that I have in my home. They are very professional, and they do what they say they are going to do.

They were very quick and very responsible. They did a great job and they were easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.
