Aaron-Andrew's Septic

They were an A+ provider to work with. They worked so hard, built a custom ladder to get down into the cistern to what was a carpet of like 6" of tree roots. They were the most awesome group of guys, had a great work ethic and cleaned up well after themselves.

A year and a half ago, I had water back up from the septic tank into the basement and at that time, they said I needed a new line put into the front yard. They put it in. Later after that, they said the sand fill needed to be redone and they assured me there would not be any more problems. I continued to have problems after a heavy rain and ended up with 9 inches of water in my basement. The guy who came out called the owner and left him a message to call me back. He has never called me back.

Very professional; prompt. The truck was a gleaming stainless steel beauty (unlike crud encased septic cleaning trucks of years passed.) The technician did not drive on our yard and everything was done in about 30 minutes. Excellent experience

I had posted a negative review for this company yesterday. There was a miscommunication. This company did come and check the problem. Problem was I did not know that they came and thouht I was being abandoned. Apparently I caused the problem not them. They are coming back to resolve the problem. I was wrong.

Lou and Bryce showed up at the time that was discussed. Lou was very polite and professional. He gave us his professional opinion as to what was happening. Last year, we were told by another company that our leech lines had collapsed. Since replacing the leech lines was not an option due to county regulations , we could have been looking at replacing the entire septic system. If we would have had have a new septic system, it could have costs us between $20K-$30K. Lou said he couldn't be sure but he could surely find out what was going on. He called Aaron, he brought out a back-hoe the same day, dug up the area between our septic tanks and distribution box and discovered it was the line between our tanks and distribution box that was clogged solid. We, also, found out the leech lines were working fine. They pumped both our tanks, dug up and replaced the clogged line, put a riser and lid on the distribution box and refilled the hole. We've lived in our home 3 years and have used 2 other companies when we have had issues. Hopefully, our septic issues have been resolved for a while but if anything new arises, we will be calling Aaron/Andrew's Septic.

Went Great! Those guys were very engaged in what they were going. That is not a fun job so my suggestion is when you have work like this done give them a good tip. From what I understand one (or two) of the crew members were son(s) of the owner. They did most of the work while training with a seasoned trainer. It looks to me that this family business will be around a long time! Great Job!

Workers showed up half hour early which is good by me. They cleaned out all 3 sections of system without being told to. Kind of surprised to be charged $100 extra to do gravel filter but I am glad it is all done for this year.

Arrived a little late but not a problem and we know each job can be unpredictable in terms of time, especially since they came same day we called! Pumped out and gave advice on how to keep system in good shape to minimize need for future pumping. I am not rating price because I don't know if this is especially high or low but it was sure worth it to have everything draining well again. Thanks.

I called & made an appointment. They said they'll be here between 2:00 & 3:00 to give me an estimate. I left work early to be home on time. 2:00 went by, 3:00 went by, 4:00 went by, no one showed up, no one called. I called and the guy said, oh yeah, we're running late. I asked why didn't they have the courtesy to give me a call to let me know. He basically hung up the phone on me. Glad to see ahead of time how unprofessional they are before I hired them.

Very good experience. They were able to schedule service in a timely fashion and were very punctual and polite.

Everything went ok except the receipt put in door was lost. I had to re-call Aaron-Andrews Septic Co. to inquire if work had been completed. Receipt or analysis info should be put in an company logo envelope and put in my mailbox.

He showed up on time and was fast and knowledgeable.

I called in the morning and explained my problem. Aaron said he could show up to take a look within a couple of hours. He showed up barely two hours later, as promised, inspected the situation and gave me a verbal estimate and said he could be back to fix it after lunch. I agreed and he left. Sure enough around 12:30 he came back with his equipment and assistant and they fixed my problems by 2:00pm. I was working when they finished but he called to let me know they were done and sent me pictures of the work before covering the pipe back with dirt. I am very pleased with the professionalism (which is a rare thing nowadays) and the punctuality. The work quality looks good but time will tell. Overall I am very happy with the experience and would certainly recommend this business. I plan to begin using them to perform maintenance in the future.

Called Friday morning and they said that they could be out around 2 or 2:30 and would call when they were on the way. Never received a call from them so around 3 or 3:30 called them back and had to leave a message. Today is Tuesday and already had call backs yesterday from other companies for calls that I made over the weekend. If they couldn't make it then they should have at least called and let me know that on Friday.

He arrived on time, worked efficiently and explained some things about how our system works.

The did the job the way it was supposed to be done and didn't rip us off like Above All Septic did.

It went great! I contacted many companies. Some wanted to charge for an estimate!? Aaron did the research on parts needed, gave me a timely estimate, kept in contact with me, and he and his crew got the job done. He even worked around the weather to minimize damage to my yard. In the end the estimate was spot on.

The service man showed up on time and did a good job. Made a little mess in the driveway but got my water hose and cleaned it up. Overall good job!
