Description of Work: Bad news, they didn't finish the job. They were supposed to insulate the exterior walls and the entire underneath of the house. The insulation is still under the house in rolls. They said they would be back to finish after several phone calls, then hung up on us after we called a third time. They still advertise in the local papers.
