Ross (co-owner) arrived on time for scheduled estimate. He spent over an hour measuring and assessing condition of home and garage. He provided a written estimate and details about the company. Established 2014, with all worker's compensation insurance, and bonding current (copies available.). Senior discount available. He provided web address for roof cleaning product and gave us a copy of the chemical components. We scheduled the service for the following week. Once again, they arrived on time. Adam (co-owner) and Dave provided the service. Equipment trailer was new with all equipment new and appropriate for service provided. The had ladders and safety harnesses for our three story home. They do supply their own water source. They worked diligently for an entire day, following the manufacturers application instructions (available on the SafeWash website). The roof cleaned up remarkably well with complete resolution of all moss and stains. After completing the work, they cleaned up all of their material. Payment was handled on site utilizing credit card. They were respectful of us and our pets. We monitored the plants and shrubs around the house and no damage has been noted within the week.
