Mike is ultra responsible and thorough. And such a nice guy. His partners Rudy and John were also great. Mike was apologetic that the final bill was more than what he originally quoted--and then we received a $92 refund in the mail from him! He wants to come out to check the garage furnace one more time so that is pending. We will certainly have Mike as our regular HVAC guy--HIGHLY recommended!!!

They were scheduled to come to our home between 10 and 1p.m. I received a call around 9:45 telling me that he was on his way to my house. He arrived right on time at 10 a.m., which was very nice. He checked the thermostat in our hallway, and replaced the old batteries with new ones for the winter, which is good because I would have never thought to do that. He performed a complete check & test on our gas furnace as described above, and he turned on the heater to let it run through a cycle to see if everything was working ok. He told us we should be preparing to replace our heater down the road, because it is over 20 years old. He didn't find any cracks in it at this time, but he cautioned that that might happen anytime. He said our unit was in fair condition. I'm glad he told me this & I relayed this to my husband. I guess that will be the next big thing on our list to buy. The service we have with Price is always outstanding, and the maintainence men are very nice & explain everything to you. The maintainence agreement that we paid for in the spring is called a Premium Care Plan, and we got a 10% discount on the filter because of the plan. We were also told that if we have any problems with the furnace or central air, Premium Care Plan people get serviced first, so that is a big plus for buying that plan. Overall, excellent company, excellent people. You can't go wrong with Price.

called at 3:30 on a Monday and left a message. He got back to me within the hour and came over to fix it. Repair took little time, then he also took a look at central unit in basement and gave some suggestions on care and upkeep. Was happy to get it fixed quickly on such short notice.

He did the work two years ago and it has not failed since. The furnace is 40 years old and he said that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The firebox is in great condition. He replaced the motor rather than trying to talk me into a new furnace. I would most definitely hire him again and I would recommend him to anyone.

It went very well. There were no suprises or hidden charges. The crew arrived ontime and completed the work on time. They cleaned up the mess afterwards and made sure that my wife and I thoroughly understood the operation of the new thermostat. Very Professional, I would recomend this company to anyone.

Mike and crew are awesome. They show up and get the job done. Mike loaned us a used AC unit when ours died in the hottest part of July. He was unable to immediately jump on new units for us as he was so busy. They had the used unit installed the next morning and we were "cool" until he had time to finish the job. He helped guide us through the process of getting a new furnace and Ac unit which worked for us financially and would suit the house. His team shows up when they say, do the job in an efficient manner and they also clean up after they are done....with actual cleaners and rags mind you. If you need a follow up or have further questions, just call Mike and he is there. I would recommend them without question to anyone needing heating and cooling help.

If a furnace can be considered beautiful, this one definitely is. Mike was able to install the pipes through the roof, so you can't see them from outside. This also helps to prevent any one or anything from tampering with them. The furnace was placed on base and not directly on floor, which I like. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner. Everything was cleaned up, and after they left there was no evidence that they had been here.

Company really explained the product line and did a professional job at installation. Plan to use them in the future when I put in a new air conditioner. The government rebate makes this a good time to do this type of work. Furnace only cost about 3100 with the rebate.

He was on time and very courteous, explained findings and did a few extra little repairs.

Could not be more pleased. Installed furnaces and was very understanding about delays caused by the General Contractor for an addition.

First we called him to get an estimate. He came to give us the estimate and he was very knowledgeable about his product and the work he would do if he got the job. He was very prompt and very courteous. My husband called and informed him that he had chosen him to do the job and to stop by so he could sign the contract, pick up the deposit and place the order for the equipment. He said he would call us when the equipment came in so we could schedule the installation date, which he did. The team arrived on the scheduled day on time and proceeded to do their job. When the job was finished they cleaned up all their debris and ran their own sweeper. They even threw in a couple of little extras at no charge. After checking to make sure the new system was working properly with the new thermostat, my husband signed off and paid the balance and they left. Everyone that worked on the job seemed to know exactly what they were doing, they were very friendly and very professional.

I have known Mike for 13 years, and he has done work for us for about 12 years. Mike has returned all calls within one day and scheduled all work to be completed within two days of returning my calls. He thoroughly explained the operation and maintenance of the new HVAC system after it had been installed. He and his employees have always cleaned up their work areas when they have finished the job. His prices are reasonable and have been the same as his estimates. He and his employees have always acted in a professional and friendly manner.
