Came out right away (within half hour of phone call) when was told furnace in our rental was leaking carbon monoxide. Very professional and took time to talk with our tenant about safety and her concerns. Fast installation within 3 days. Thank you!

Mike adjusted the gas pressure after the meter indicated it was high. He checked for the presence of carbon monoxide, which was negative. He then used a meter to check for leaks in all the gas lines in the basement and found several. He said a plumber was needed to fix these leaks. I called the plumbing company I used in the past. I learned a lot about gas supply and carbon monoxide from Mike and will never take the availability of gas for my furnace, hot water tank, and dryer for granted again. I believe Mike potentially saved my life, my pets' lives, and the lives of my neighbors by informing me of these leaks. I think of all those news stories of houses blowing up from natural gas explosions. He will be the one I call for furnace issues in the future.

Mike is a good and honest man. No high pressure sales talk. His 2 guys completed the work over 2 days, replacing units over 25 years old with high efficiency units, so new pipework etc was needed, and he came and inspected the finished article. Such a neat job - even the County Inspector said so - any mess was cleaned up, no noise or bother. A really good contractor, we would have no hesitation in recommending him and his crew.

Called Price Heating for problem with AC unit blowing warm air. They were closed at the time so I left a message and they called back 1st thing next morning. Very polite and professional on the phone! They could have come out same day but I needed a morning appointment so it was made for next day. The technician was right on time and very knowledgeable. He inspected the system, told me what he felt was the issue and approximate price to repair the system. He went to work replaced the needed parts, showed me the old worn out parts, recharged the coolant and the AC works great. The final bill was less than quoted! I will definitely use them again.

This guy has the patience of Job and does incredible work. Had him out to my elderly mother's house to look at her 30 + years old furnaces and air conditioners. Found out she hasn't been replacing furnace filters in the five years since my step-dad passed. That's how bad this was. One of the furnaces was in the crawal space. Said the furnaces should last for years, wasn't trying to sell anything. Did a great job and even found a gas leak.

Mike's an honest guy. Single shop with 2 people working for him. His integrity is his bread and butter. Very polite, friendly and won't BS you trying to sell you a whole new system if you don't need it. You call, he answers. 24-7.

Mike and his team work together and do things right. He made changes and corrections to the heating system that a former contractor should have done. They are trustworthy with the work and with the estimates and costs. He gave very good advice on energy saving equipment. In summary: Very good guys.

Mike Byce returned my call promptly this morning after I awoke to find my house temperature dropping and my fan not working. He scheduled the job quickly and arranged to come out to the house around my wife's schedule. He sent his son who was very professional and respectful to my wife. He found that the furnace just needed to be cleaned. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to sell us on parts or repairs that we didn't need. I would recommend them whole-heartedly.

Crew arrived promptly and went to work as soon as all of the drop clothes were in place. They did an excellent job of taking out my old furnace and installing my new one. At the end of the job, they did a great job of cleaning up everything including the leaves that got tracked in from outside! The install was done in about five hours and I was very pleased with the work that Paul and his crew performed.

I could have needed a new furnace but the tech checked some things out that it was not needed right now,but in the future I will have to and guess who gets the job? Very professional people gives you a good feeling, thats need in todays world ,also he said he really liked working for this company.

so far everything has been great. The first call was an emergency and they came in and fixed the problem as quickly as they could and we got heat and then had them back for the service call.

A truly professional outfit, which is becoming more and more difficult to find today. I've waited throughout the winter to see how my heater was going to function prior to writing this review. After my initial meetings with several local heating and cooling contractors, it appeared a no brainer to go with Price. This decision proved to be 100% accurate. "Bill" met me at the house to accomodate my working hours and detailed what my best option for heat would be. I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. The particular unit that he calculated that would work best for me has absolutely no issues with any temperature that I want. On the same line, he talked me out of the over-kill model I was also contemplating. Two workers came to the house to install the unit very early in the morning - again working around our schedule. These guys were very professional - not kids that jump from job to job who've been working in the industry for three months or less. A very good experience - particularly after the one we endured in the construction of the house that this unit was installed (see my Ramunno Construction review). I would highly recommend this business.

Mr. Byce was at my home approx. 30 minutes after I called. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I'd just returned from a business trip and found the temperature in my home at 52 degrees. I found his name at Angie's List. I was VERY impressed with his promptness, talent and for taking the time to explain to me what he had done and what still needed to be done. I have scheduled an appointment for next week for servicing my furnace. I am so happy that I called him.

First of all, they showed up when I needed them most. Great response time and a great job!

Paul my installer and Matt his helper were clean, knowledgable and respectful. They came earley in the morning and worked steady all day. It was a very cold day and they gave us portable heaters to use overnite.. They used their own drop cloths and wore booties to enter the carpeted rooms. This crew was very professional.

Mike returned my message left within 15 minutes and scheduled someone to come out the same day. Mike's son worked several hours trying to repair the old unit without success. Mike came out that afternoon and gave us a reasonable quote on a new unit. The next day the unit was installed and running. Byce heating and cooling is a very trustworthy and professional company and I would highly recommend them to all.

The job we requested was difficult because we wanted central air installed through our attic rather than by running vents in the basement. He and his crew were very professional, friendly and hard working. Their workmanship was above and beyond excellent. Even the inspector said it was outstanding. The price he charged with more than fair. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to have him do work for us again.

Wonderfully. Called us back within 20 minutes of our initial phone call requesting service. Arrived promptly, covered the area he was working in, solved all of our issues, assured us "thankfully" that we still had service of our older equipment. Played with our puppy. Mike is just the nicest, most honest, hardworking man that we have the pleasure of knowing.
