Otis was very prompt, professional and provided quality workmanship. My home had horrible water pressure issues for years which was very frustrating. ODT corrected issue at a very reasonable price. If I ever have a need for a plumber again, I need look no further and know I will be calling ODT. I will certainly recommend him to anyone! Thank you again Otis!

My voice mail was returned almost immediately, and they offered to come out the next day to check out the problem. The plumber texted me when he was on his way and arrived at the promised time. He was courteous and professional, and explained what he needed to do in a way that was easy for a layman to understand. He needed some parts which he was able to grab from the local hardware store. From start to finish, it took him less than 2 hours to redo the water line and turn the water meter so the water company could read it. He even answered a bunch of unrelated questions for me. The price was way less than I expected too. I'd definitely use this company again!

ODT performed the job far beyond expectation. Mr. Thacker was professional and extremely efficient. He arrived promptly at our agreed time and I was greeted courteously and kindly. He started his work immediately. He updated me frequently as to the progress of the job and explained the process in a polite, friendly manner. He came prepared and finished the job in the approximate quoted timetable. Mr. Thacker then removed the scrap and refuse after the job was complete. I was beyond satisfied with ODT Plumbing as a company and Mr. Thacker as plumber. I was so impressed with his work that I immediately passed along his contact information to a friend who also utilized his services for some plumbing work that she needed completed. I would definitely not have any hesitation with recommending ODT Plumbing to family or friends. In fact, it would be the very essence of a compliment that I could pass along. Definitely happy that we chose ODT for our plumbing issues!
