We certainly understand time is valuable to all. The potential customer was given an approximate time of 10:30 am and it was explained that this is an estimate due to previous appointments that morning. He was, in fact, called & told running later then expected. He advised he had left home already. He was told of arrival time in 10 minutes, if he can return. He advised that he would return within that time. Upon arrival no one was home and waited 20 minutes before leaving to go to the next appointment. He called the office to make the complaint a couple hours later. Was offered an apology & to reschedule. He declined & expressed is disappointment clearly. Again apologized & told him to have a good day. He then ended the call in an expletive. We have never received a negative review in our 15 year history and feel that a scheduling issue should have ended with the call.
