Biviano Carpet One

We met with Joe, at Biviano's, to choose carpeting. We brought several samples home, then had Joe order the carpeting. Biviano's removed and disposed of the old carpeting. They cleaned the hardwood floor, including the stairs. After the room was painted, Biviano's installed the new carpet, including the stairs, which we had done in the tailored style, as opposed to the waterfall style on the old carpeting. We loved the type of carpeting (Life Force) in the color, Bungalow. Joe was very helpful and professional, as well as accommodating. The results are beautiful.

They had to make two trips and didn’t charge me anymore. I paid for the labor and the padding. They were willing to come back hen I asked them to for the same price in a week after the floor had dried. It wasn’t a bad price for what they did. I am using the same carpeting but they just have to relay it. They will re-stretch it too.

First of all, I would highly recommend my sales person (Joe H.) who helped me so much with the planning. He had been an installer for Biviano in years past and was very knowledgeable. In addition to that, he's a very nice person --- no pressure ---just wanted to make sure that I got what I wanted. The installers, Brian P. and Jerry F. were also great. They were both professional and made sure that things were done well. They worked steadily (just breaking for lunch) and kept things tidied up as much as possible as they worked. The job had been estimated to take two days; Brian came back on day 3 and worked a few hours. I had a dental appt. scheduled for that third day and left Brian at my house so that he would have sufficient time to finish. When I returned, he had left and everything was in order, including the garage where his sawing had been done --- the floor had been swept and no evidence of sawing remained!! When I had moved one of my small end tables the day before, one of the legs had loosened. Brian had taken the time to fix that for me too. :) I highly recommend Biviano Carpet One if you're in the market for new flooring. In fact, my old floor had also been done by them; that's why I returned (40 years later!)

I started my experience sending an email, since my work schedule did not allow me to visit store at the time. I went into the store on a Saturday, brought home samples so I could pick out my colors. Placed the order and set up the dates for installation. A few days before installation, they called and asked if I would bring over one of my cabinet drawers so they could match the floor molding in the kitchen. The match was great. Installation went smoothly and they were wonderful.

They were very straight-forward. The guys who installed it were great. The salesman really explained the different types of carpets and listened to our needs. I felt like they were very honest in presenting our options.

The entire project start to finish went extrememly well.

My experience picking out carpet for my living room was made less stressful when i met Lori Daniels and worked with her at Biviano Carpet One. She spent a lot of time helping me find the right color and texture for my home, She even ordered larger samples in the color we wanted and had it sent directly to our home for us to try. After we had something picked out she worked with us to have her best installers install the carpet just in time for Christmas. The installers did a great job in just a few hours. I would also like to thank David Biviano Owner for his help and for hiring such great staff. Also thanks to Tina Lucidio and Anthony Augustine for thier help when Lori was not available.
