We were told how to remove the nest after waiting 10 days for all of the insects to die, as well as how to seal the entrance to the attic to prevent another nest from forming. We did as instructed, finding no live insects, and sealed both the entrance and our daughter's ceiling. The gentleman was professional, pleasant, and punctual, and I feel that the services were well worth the price.

He did an excellent job, and I would definitely use Barrier again. I also obtained a bid for annual services for the year 2012. I will advise our board of trustees that the bid is a fair and equitable bid with additional services provided at low cost to individual unit owners.

Bob is the nicest, most hardworking, and postive guy you'd ever want to meet. Amazing. He was efficient and very patient in answering my questions. I feel a lot of comfort that this problem will be taken care of!

Bob was friendly, thorough, and helpful. He did not try to sell me any services I didn't need and he was careful to show me any and all points of concern in detail. I would recommend this company to anyone. They came right away when I needed them and came out again immediately when I had a problem between service calls. They send a reminder card when the next appointment is due and make it easy to switch days of service.

We were happy with them. It was a little costly. They had to come and rebait it because we didn't get anything. When we did get something I called and they came out the same day. They took the raccoon and they capped the chimney for us.

The same person came that had gotten a raccoon off our roof a few weeks ago and he chased that darn little thing all over the place until he got it. It wasn't too expensive; it was only $65. He came out right away and the price was good.

Haven't heard the critters at all...no droppings seen yet. They have a 3 month guarantee, so I'll be keeping a close eye. Employee was friendly and very knowledgeable...answered all of my questions very well.

I explained my problem over the phone. They scheduled me promptly and at my convenience. The gentleman arrived at the scheduled time. We walked around the house to all the locations I was concerned about. He acknowledged them and pointed out other areas of concern. He explained what he would be doing and proceeded to do so. He also provided information on what I should do should the problem not be resolved. I have had no recurrence of carpenter bees for 3 weeks, thus far.
