Description of Work: Had keys made for a commercial bldg. Took a couple tries to get the keys to work. Hard to contact because the are often out on service calls.

+ -1 moreREPLACED AND INSTALLED DOOR LOCKS FOR A DUPLEX ALSO MADE FOUR KEYS FOR EACH UNIT AS WELL AS MASTER KEYS MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
Description of Work: ACE LOCK & KEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE TWICE ONCE TO PUT ON TEMPERY LOCKS WHICH THEY WERE VERY EFFIENT ABOUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK THEY RETURNED TO PUT THE PERMANENT LOCKS ON ALL FIVE DOORS AND LEFT THE OTHER THREE LOCKS FOR LATER INSTALLMENT ONCE THREE NEW DOORS ARE REPLACED. THEY ALSO MARKED EVERY KEY TO EACH DUPLEX AS WELL AS THE MASTER KEYS. THE COMPANY RESPONED QUICKELY TO OUR REQUEST. MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES.

+ -1 moreThey were very honest and willing to do the work. However, I have decided to bring the locks to their shop, but haven’t brought them in quite yet to have them do the work. For them to come to me it would cost $65 because they would be driving about 30 miles. If I bring the locks to them, it would be less than $20.00.
Description of Work: I contacting Ace Lock & Key because I wanted to inquire about rates to have some locks fixed.
