carpet installation
+ -1 more3 rooms of carpet purchased and installed. it was supposed to be all the same carpet. A piece was damaged and replaced with "the same carpet just a different weight" and the different piece was supposed to be in the smallest bedroom out of sight. What my 73 year old mother received is what is noticeably different, in the main bedroom and 3 seams noticeably different with a walkin closet in the Master bedroom a noticeably different piece of carpet. The replacement piece was NOT in the smallest bedroom as promised. At the store looking at the swatches, my mother could tell the difference, i couldn't. She wanted her money back. I couldn't tell. The salesman said it was the same. I heard the manager on the phone "what's her problem, it's the same". I thought she was wrong and talked her into it. 2 lessons 1: trust your mothers old eyes 2: Gettysburg Wholesale-Carpet saleman and manager are FOS.

Description of Work: We had beautiful hardwood flooring installed in our kitchen, dining and living room. The price was rock bottom and the quality of the material was excellent. The installation technians were able to start less then a week after we made our final choice and they were wonderful, very professional and courteous. They stayed very late to finish up the job since our moving trucks were coming and the salespeople had quoted a much shorter time period then it actually took for two people to complete the job. They made it work and we were sooo grateful. They even took the time to correct subflooring issues (leveling and creaks) without me having to request it specifically. They worked around the other contractors that we had at the house with no issues. The transition pieces for our flooring were back ordered and they let us know the situation immediately and got them installed a month later when they arrived. Great experience, I will definitely be using them for my next flooring project

+ 0 moreThe experience was very good. The salespeople were very helpful and the service was very good. Installation was about $600. They were very professional and gave us the information we needed when we were shopping. The installers were very polite and worked very hard. It took the two installers 10 hours, but they worked the whole time. They did a good job. We compared the prices at other places and they were competitive.
Description of Work: I used Wholesale Carpet Outlet to install new vinyl floor in my kitchen and to replace carpeting.

Then did the same for the vinyl flooring i needed.I was pleased with the delivery date and completed the purchase.Delivery was on time and materal was put where i wanted it. Overall a excellent value for the money i spent.P
Description of Work: bought remenets of carpet with padding and vinyl flooring and had them delivered to my job site. Sales lady was very helpfull and i was able to buy the materials at an excellent price..Delivery was quick.and reasonable in cost.

+ -1 moreArrived at store meet sales person Connie, told her how much carpet i needed, told her my budget limit and she was able to give me several choices, i picked out carpet and pad i wanted,paid for product and they were able to deliver carpet the same day. This whole purchase took less then 1/2 hour.................. i was very pleased, a nice non-pressure transaction
