Our team of highly skilled tradesmen& craftsmen strive to perform the best job possible at all times & maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction & professionalism every step of the way. We use licensed subcontractors for plumbing and electrical work. We have developed a highly diverse level of clientele ranging from the budget minded to high end. Every job receives the same level of attention to detail & customer satisfaction whether its budget, middle or high end. Every year we continue to expand our customer base through phenomenal customer satisfaction & a can do attitude. We are also now dealing with commercial accounts & maintenance accounts with big box retailers & service companies throughout the region. We have continually expanded our operations steadily every year & have not been affected by the ailing economy due to our exceptional customer service &timely completion time. John and crew stayed on the job until it was done - consecutive work days (a super big deal for us!);- 4. totally cleaned up at the end of each day; and 5. no surprises - clear billing and stayed within budget. The kitchen overhaul in next!"

I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
