It went fine. They came very soon after I purchased the deal as I remember. It was very good. They were very friendly and prompt. I thought the price was reasonable.

Through no fault of the provider, the Big Deal I purchased was badly worded. What I thought was going to be a flat-rate service turned out to be much more expensive. However, Angie's list did provide an opportunity for a return/refund of the Big Deal, before I elected to keep the service. I needed the work done, so I decided that a quality provider was worth the extra money. Overall, the contractor was professional and courteous. My biggest complaint is that when the crew pressure washed the patio, they sprayed mud and sand from the paver joints all over my house and garden. It would have been very quick and easy to simply give everything a light spray to leave everything as they'd found it. I also noticed that all the joints weren't completely refilled before applying the sealer, which allows for movement and collection of soil and weed growth. Despite the drawbacks of this particular job, the product that was applied worked very well. If I call on them again, I would inform the provider of the shortcomings of my previous experience and give them the opportunity to correct their mistakes.

Went very well and as planned. The pavers looked beatiful after being cleaned and the area was so much easier to keep care of this season.

The job was completed in one day and the results are stunning, patio went from dull gray and full of moss to bright red again.

Steve was the member of their company that came out and seemed liked a nice guy. He addressed our problem by wanting to dig a 16" trench and cover it with sand and grass to eliminate the collection of water. In our neighborhood we are unable to do a project like this due to policies. We were not interested in a project like this, we just wanted them to level our patio. I feel like their Big Deal was very misleading.

Showed up on time for estimate and presented company in a professional manner. Kept us informed of start date. Did most communication via email which was appreciated instead of "phone tag".Job completed in 2 days. Area cleaned up and was inspected after to assure our satisfaction.

We have a very small backyard and working area was very tight. Companies that were asked for estimates wouldn't even attempt the job. An additional struggle our house is on a hill, this required additional steps to be taken to get the materials to the top of the hill in the area needing the materials We had a tight schedule as our wedding was to take place in August that summer, we needed the retaining wall and patio built for the occasion. Interlock was one of a few companies that felt they could do the job in the time frame outlined and for a reasonable price. Though not the cheapest they came highly recommended so we went forward. That Spring rain hit and did not let up, it took a month just for everything to dry out so they could begin the work. We were worried though Interlock said that they could get the job done. Well, much to our surprise and delight, they finished the job and even painted the house where the old deck had been attached. In all my years of hiring someone to work on my house, I wouldn't think of calling anyone but this company again should I need such work done. By the way, the wedding was awesome thanks to Interlock!!!!
