I called the company up to ask them to see if they recieved my contract and check; they responded that they would look for it. I repeatedly called about letting me know so I could write another check and sign another contract if they did not recieve it. Although I left many messages and emails, they never returned my call / emails. As an aside, I used them the previous year and they did a fine job, although they did hit the house with the plow. Unprofessional.

He's very thorough about the way he plows. He doesn't do any damage. He notifies you by email what the situation is. It's really nice to know what he is planning on doing. I will continue to use him in the future.

I am hesitant to give this report as I don't want to contribute to overcrowding their snowplaw schedule, but Dan and his snowplow drivers have done a great job so far this season. Dan sends out email updates with snowfall forecasts and estimated plow times, and so far every time I've been home I've noticed they show up when planned. I think they've done as well as possible during the big snow storms, and I haven't had any problems getting out of my driveway this season (which I definitely cannot say about the 3-4 past plowers I've used). I'm very satisfied with the service.

This company is prompt and polite. They do the work quickly and very well. They send me an e-mail to tell me when they are coming. They have never damaged anything on my property.

OK--they always came out and cleared my driveway, but tended to come a bit late, and often didn't return phone calls. Also, they often didn't do a great job clearing out snow in front of my garage, so I'd have to shovel some myself. Still, not a bad value ($215), and may be about as good as I can do.

Good experience -- can't remember a time when they didn't come when it snowed at least two inches, except maybe a little late on the weekends, which wasn't a big deal to us. After a horrible experience with "Heights Snowplow" in winter of '04-'05, we were pleased with Daniel's. (Of course, '05-'06 winter was lighter than '04-'05 in Cleveland.)

YOU HAVE TO BE PERSISTENT IN STATING CLEARLY WHAT YOU WANT FROM THEM.
