The first year there were no real complaints. The second year was terrible. On the contract they request the estimated time of departure and return. That was totally ignored. When it would snoww all night, they would not come until just befor noon. I would have to use someone else driveway because the car couldn't be left on the street. When atempting to call there would always be a message at least 5 minutes long giving the weather report (of which I already knew). There were time times I couldn't get out the driveway to go to work(I have to be there @ 6:00 pm. When I would call and leave a message that I hadn't seen any one all day. Mr. Piccirilli would leave a rude message that his people were out and basically he would get to me when he could. All the while everyone else on my block has a clean driveway. If Mr. Piccirilli takes on more customers than his staff can handle that should not be the customers problem. People should not be stranded in their house because he can't organize his people to get to the customer somewhere near the agreed upon time.

We contracted with Castle Landscaping to do our driveway snow removal this season. The contract specifically states they will come 2 times a day, once before 7am and another time before 6pm on days when snow is more than 2 inches. During the recent snow storm last week they were a no-show until the following day. My wife got stuck getting in and out of the driveway too and from work. In addition, they did not return any phone calls for help or explanation. We are currently looking for another service for the rest of the season and filing a complaint with the BBB.

We have a seasonal contract with them. My husband had to convince me to do this. This was a big year for snow and it really paid off. There were a couple of times they could have come out and didn't but it wasn't a problem. As of now we have had them out about 5 times already. We will shop around for next year, but we will probably use Castle again.

Owner refused to respond to 5 voicemails. Plow was a no show for 8 days. When I had given up trying to reach someone after all that time they showed up. The driver is in a hurry and doesn't get the snow to the pavement. He runs over driveway a few times and then speeds away. Shocked that this company has any customers at all. Most disturbing is the rambling, incoherent 3 minute and 35 second incoming message on company number. Seems to be a tactic to keep customers from leaving voicemails.

Late to stake the driveway, tore up back garden because didn't stake that part, had to dig out my car once because they didn't plow, didn't plow other times when needed, never removed stakes at season's end. Calling them yielded a 5-minute rambling message from the owner before ever being able to leave a message; this was standard practice.

PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. HIS FOLLOW-UP TO MY PHONE CALLS WERE VERY GOOD. HIS REFERENCES ALL GAVE HIM HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS. SEVERAL REFERENCES HAVE BEEN WITH HIM FOR OVER 4 YEARS, & SAID THAT HE HAD BEEN RELIABLE THE WHOLE TIME & THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO USE HIS SERVICE. BASED ON THIS I AM PLANNING TO USE HIM. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE IS LISTED WITH THE CITY OF SOUTH EUCLID & HE IS INSURED. HIS CONTRACT WAS WRITTEN VERY CLEARLY.
