+ -1 moreThey are not responding to me to set up a date for service I attempted to reach out to this company many many times but to no avail. The only time I did hear from them they called to cancel the appointment and when I called to reschedual I got nothing

+ -1 moreThe air conditioner was installed and operating the day after we placed the order and the furnace was installed the next day.Everything, both inside and out was cleaned up. No call backs were necessary.
Description of Work: Replaced both furnace and air conditioner. He came on one day to determine what was needed for both equipment and duct work if necessary. A quote was left that day. We had 3 quotes and selected Sonic based on neighbors recommendations and the price.

+ -1 moreWe've used them several times. There wasn't a problem but my wife doesn't like them that much. We got a furnace and it is kind of an off brand and she isn't sure about it. They came out and fixed it so there weren?t any issues with them. They didn't go anything bad. They were professional. Their price was fair. They came out under an emergency so they were responsive. I don't know if we will use them again.
Description of Work: We used Sonic Air Heating & Cooling to fix a furnace that they had installed.

+ -1 moreJohn is far and above anyone else I've met in his field. He diagnosed the problem quickly, accurately, and got us back up and running for a good price. I had tried a different company before I called Sonic, and the technician from the other company suggested replacing everything but the limit. John was all over it, and you know when you're dealing with John, that you have a real pro on your side. Also he's a guy who cares about how you spend your money. He'll look out for you. I highly recommend Sonic.
Description of Work: John checked our furnace, which wasn't heating the house adequately, and he replaced the limit.
