Awful. Talks the talk but does not walk the walk. Very un dependable. Started job weeks late, arrived late, went home early. Part of crew was rank amateurs. Painted over nails, holes, you name it. Rarely was masking tape used. Did not complete the contract. After not showing up for several days we fired and will have to hire someone else finish his bad interior work and do our exterior work. Would not recommend.

As the owner of the company, i feel i should address some of these concerns and state our side of the project. The cost of the project wasnt $9,600.00, that was both the interior and exterior. Which was discounted 10% for them. 1. Very Undependable- We did everything we said we were going to do, and we showed up when we said we were going to. We were so undependable that we were given the garage code to work by ourselves, while they were out of town during Memorial Day weekend, which we worked Friday night, saturday, sunday and Monday(the holiday) to stay on time for their project. 2.Talks the talk but does not walk the walk- We did everything that was stated on the contract, and even more. We repainted the kitchen island after the homeowner didnt like the color they picked out, and was offered no compenstaion for this. We bought stain for their railings, and were going to restain them after the carpet upstairs was installed, just in case the carpet installers scuffed the railings up more, this was an item that wasnt on the contract, but we were going to complete it, even though no compensation was offered.3. Started job weeks late and results were amatuerish - We did push their project start date back 1 week due to weather, and trying to finish exterior projects that were ahead of them on our production board, i stayed in constant contact with them via text, email and phone calls. I was given an ultimatum of starting the project or else, even question as where I was working or if i was working on the day i spoke with homeowner, i started on the date I told them I would start on with a split crew to make sure i started thier project. When i went back for final payment, no issues were brought to my attention. I stated and pointed out to the homowner that i did not like the ceiling patch in the dining room and i would have to put another coat of mud on it,when we come back for the exterior. Shook homeowners hand and still nothing was brought up. 4. Left interior incomplete but after not showing up for several days to start the exterior they fired us..Nothing in the interior was left incomplete, except for the free items that we were going to do, the railings and the master bath trim, which were added at the completion of the project. I stated to the homeowner that we would be there on Tuesday June 12th or Wednesday June 13th to power wash, then we had to let if dry out for a week due to the siding being really porous cedar shake siding. On Tuesday June 12th it had been raining on and off, so we did not show up to power wash, we were headed to power wash in the afternoon of Wednesday June 13th when i received the text stating " Thanks for your help with the inside, but we are going a different direction with exterior so we will no longer be requiring your services." We were ready to power wash, had paint ordered and ready to start the exterior the following week, but they chose to breach our contract. 5. Now we have to hire someone else to fix his interior work and finish exterior. The only item anyone needs to go and "fix" is the patch in the ceiling in the dining room, which i stated I would do. The homeowner wanted stuff done right now, and these projects take time, we painted all baseboards, doors, door casings, window casings, walls, and removed wallpaper in his house. For example, it had rained 2 straight days and their cedar shake siding was extermely wet and porous, the homeower asked myself and my project supervisor if we were starting the exterior the next day, when we explained this to him, he was upset about that. We also assisted with moving furniture, helped rearrange furniture in a couple of rooms for them, because they didnt like the placement of furniture, so we assisted them,and putting pictures, and mirrors, etc back on walls after it was complete for no extra charge. The process went extremely well! The painters were very precise and cleaned up over painting of trim and windows. They were extremely polite and professional. They went beyond the contract to help replace the storm windows after painting. Rower Painting , unlike other bidders, provided copies of Workmans Comp. insurance and real references of past work. We are extremely happy with the results. Matt Rower indicated that they also paint interiors. Considering how well the project progressed, Rower is at the top of list for a number of rooms inside my house.
Description of Work: Power washed entire house and garage. Caulked holes and cracks on siding. Applied 2 coats Sherwin Williams paint/primer to house and garage.
