punch out plus is a marvelous company to work with. Don Britton the owner came out promptly to give us an estimate. he was very courteous and really listened to what I wanted. his bid seemed reasonable to me so I hired him. his workmen arrived exactly when they said they would. each workman was courteous, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. it is now a couple weeks later and everything works perfectly. I would recommend this company and give them top marks. the next time I need some house repairs this is the company I'll go to.

Very professional and highly recommended. Very repsonsive, came over and gave me an estimate within a day after I called. They can do anything. I needed a lot of things done and Punch Out Plus was One-Stop-Shopping. I will hire them again.

I thought they were very professional, were on time, did what they said they would and did a good job.

They met me on site to prepare a quote. They charged a $20 estimate cash prior to preparing one. He did show up at the time promised to meet me and look at the job. It took about 2 weeks to get the quote back AFTER I called him 3 trimes asking where it was. Then, his quote was 3 times other quotes. I was not impressed. It seems like he knows what he is doing, but check others first.

Don is a very nice person and is very concerned with keeping his customers happy. He follows up well and makes sure his help is doing what he expects of them. His workers are very clean, neat, polite, experienced professionals that treat your property and you with respect and clean up after themselves very well. I would definitely use them again.

The price was right. Everything went well. He does make you sign a contract, and there's a trip fee (minimum fee is 75). He's very accommodating.

Again, the work that I hired Mr. Britton and his workers to do was done very well. It was done in a timely manner and the stain was applied neatly and looks very professional. I am pleased with the job performed by this company.

They were punctual and competitive in price, and most importantly did what they said they were going to do. Don, the owner, seemed to be on top of things all the time.

I played telephone tag with the receptionist/secretary for 3 days. Finally, she said it would cost $20 for an estimate, and the cost would be $45 per hour to do the work. I thought this was too high.

She was very nice in telling me that I should seek a licensed professional. Very kind & helpful. I'd give her an A-plus, and I'd hire them in a heartbeat.

Mr. Britton promptly scheduled a visit and was on time to provide the quote. However, the quote was outrageous, over $1600 (for 450 square feet), not including supplies. While I had used Punch Out Plus in the past, this quote and one other quote demonstrated Punch Out Plus no longer offers services at reasonable rates.

He give excellent service and communication. I would use Punch Out Plus again.

The job to be done was for 2 people and Rodneys helper left after the boss left. I had to call my son to assist and when the device slammed shut, both Rodney and my son were injured. The quality of work is acceptable. I have trouble with the billing. I was told at the initial evaluation that it would be $750.00 and I would receive 10% discount for Angie's List with coupon. I paid $20 for the evaluation so when I was billed $730. I was expecting $655 with the discount, but they said per my contract the $750 included the discount. Don Britton told me $750 before we discussed Angie's List. So then told me that Don gave me 10% for being referred bringing the total to $750 they couldn't afford 2 discounts so they just called it the Angie's list discount. The $750 price never changed. Discount or no. I was not advised of discount for being referred.

Great team. Work done on time, within estimate. They repaired some shoddy workmanship from an earlier kitchen remodeling project, just because it needed doing (replacing cardboard shims with real wood, for example). At several points where I was half expecting them to step back and say "this isn't in the contract, so fork over some more money", they did not. They were all about getting it right.

We needed an estimate for putting in a bath tub and a wall surround. Hardly anyone charges for an estimate. We didn't mind that so much except it took over week to get the estimate and it was NOT in writing - for a paid estimate I would at least expect something in writing.

The serviceman that responded to the need for an estimate was very courtious, punctual and helpful. We did not chose this company to do the work because the quote for installing a tub surround - cultured marble was $650. We ended up getting the job done very satisfactorily by another company for $250. The job took this company 2 hours. Tub looks great and is solid and water tight.

This is a busy time of year, so I had to wait for a couple of weeks to get my work done. Punch Out Plus came when they said they would, and did the work well. I was completely satisfied.

Did a real good job. I just felt the price was a little high.

The estimate was not detailed enough and they had never consulted me with the details. We had bead board put in the entry way. Bead board was joined together with a piece of 1 x 3 wood which looked horrible and he never checked with me before he did this. He finally agreed that it looked bad and fixed it. There was several other things that were done that also needed resolved. I was very disappointed in the work that was done and the lack of communication. The owner did work with me to resolve those issues.

The work was unsatisfactory. I asked him to give me a list of the materials used and labor and would pay for the work that was done. He refused to get it to me. He sent me a bill for the full amount. He failed to give me an itemized list of the time and material he used at my home which I requested several times. He failed to return phone calls and emails. I told him that I would report him to Angie's List, BBB, and sue him if I needed. He sued me in March for the full amount. The other person that lives in the house is terminally ill, traumatic brain injury with cognitive disfunction. I told him specifically not to deal with her. She is not the owner of the house and did not sign the contract, and he is taking advantage of 2 women.

The company provided attentive service to me. Don Britton, the president of Punch Out Plus, notified me when the work crew would be at my residence. He kept me informed regarding weather delays and subsequent rescheduling. The work crew arrived as scheduled. Work was performed with minimal disruption to my life. The crew did not intrude upon my neighbors. I was quite comfortable with the workers on my property. One problem encountered after work began was finding a post which matched existing porch post. After much searching, a post was located at twice the estimated cost. The price I paid did not change from the original estimate.

Don and all his staff were extremely courteous and friendly. They did the little extras that I might not have seen and hadn't asked to be done. The price was very reasonable. Timeliness was generally good.

I have bought all the materials to remodel the bathroom. He gave me a really high quote for 2300.00 (and this includes a discount). This is $143.75 per hour based on 16 hours of work (at the most). I was floored when I heard this quote, it just outrageous. The person who referred me to this company said their labor cost is $45.00 per hour. There is a huge discrepancy in price.

They did an excellent job and I will have them back in the future.

Don came out to look over the items I needed work on. He got back to me quickly with an estimate. After deciding that I did not want to pay quite that much (probably a reasonable amount for the extent of work I requested), I asked for a break down of the costs for each job. I told Don that I might just want to have a few of those things done. Later, I received a contract for all of the work with the same estimate. I never received the break down of costs. I decided to hire out the individual jobs I wanted done.
