Don Britton came out, charged me $20 for an estimate, and told me I would get their estimate "probably tonight" which was Wednesday, or by Friday at the latest. On Tuesday evening of the next week, he called with an estimate of $850, and said he was late with the estimate because he was "busy."

"Punch out Plus" has done five projects in our current home. They have always done A quality work. They have also done several projects in our former home.

They were punctual. Their prices are reasonable. I would call them again.

Don did everything as he said he would which is a hard thing to get in this over promise, in an under delivered world. I would recommend Dan & his crew.

The guy who came to do the work was right on time, got right to work and was soon finished. Good job.

Don cam out to give us an estimate of the work and did a very thorough job walking through the different small jobs and asking questions. He provided us with a detailed estimate with an explanation of what is included and what is not. Kevin who works for Don did most of the work and did an excellent job of performing each job with diligence and quality. The plumber replaced the valve assembly in the master bathroom. The work was estimated to take 5 days and was completed on time despite some very cold weather.

We've worked with POP in the past and appreciate their prompt response and job completion. Their staff are courteous, prompt and enjoyable to have in our home.

Don was very professional; his carpenter and assistants did an excellent restoration of the woodwork on our house. Punch Out Plus hauled away the rotted wood which was extremely helpful. Would recommend and will use again.

They were prompt and courteous for the estimate. They charged a fee for the estimate, but if you went with them they will take that off the final bill. Very thorough and informative estimate he told me things I should do or should not do.

We were impressed by the level of service on time, friendly, answered out questions. Did a good job and cleaned up afterward.

I learned my lesson. The morale of the story is that an honest company will not charge you for an estimate. I had some very minor work that I wanted done. There was a small spot that needed new siding on our house from a hose that fell off, a small drywall repair in the bathroom and some baseboard repair. The estimate I was given included my 20 bucks off for the estimate and the so called Angie's list discount. $385 was absolutely crazy for such minor work. I found someone else who did a top notch job and even replaced all of my baseboard and it was still 100 dollars less. I don't appreciate being price gouged. Again never pay upfront for an estimate!!!!!

On time, did what was requested & cleaned up. This is the fourth time we've used them.

Their carpenter Rodney does a FANTASTIC job! He is always meticulous and neat during his jobs. I have requested him to be the one to do my work a few times. Their price may be a bit more expensive, but the results are great!

This was the third time I have used this company, the work has always been satisfactory and improves with each job. With this job, they started and completed the work within the time frame agreed upon. Communication was good though out the project. Clean up was performed at the end of each day. When the project was completed, the owner and I did a walk around before the final invoice was submitted. I am picky, I inform everyone who works on my home to work on it as if it were their home. I would like to add the Jud and Mark, the contractors who performed the work, did a good job. They removed and cut the privacy fence and power washed the driveway at no extra charge, they also offered to paint my curb side mailbox.

Clean very pleasant and helpful. When the first person who evaluated the toilet did not do tell the tech what need to be fixed and now I have to hold the handle to flush.

Don came and gave us an estimate to complete our basement project left unfinished by a contractor who had ripped us off and left us with poor workmanship. He let us buy the materials to complete the project and saved us money because we had already been taken by the other contractor. His crew was prompt, easy to work with, and did excellent work. They got the job done quickly and gave us a wonderful bedroom and bath. Don called us every day, and it was a pleasure to have them in our home.

The door that the replaced was one in a set. They ordered an entirely different door which I was shocked to discover. I refused for them to install it and they were understanding and ordered another door, having me approve it before it was ordered. This made the work take longer than expected. But in the end I was satisfied. The deck work was excellent.

They stand behind their work. They were were very reasonable with their prices.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. DON, THE OWNER, IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT I REALLY LIKED ABOUT HIM WAS THAT I HAD A DOG, AND I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BOARD THE DOG DURING THE DAY. DON TOOK THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW MY DOG AND THEY REALLY WERE CAREFUL TO TAKE CARE OF THE DOG. STRESS FREE, AND THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE WHICH UNFORTUNATELY CHANGED A LOT.

The accident punched a hole in the wall of our home approximately 5 feet long and a foot high, damaging the band board as well. Since it happened at the beginning of winter, we faced the problem of inclement weather delaying any ability to make external repairs. After writing the estimate, Punch Out Plus performed the interior repairs and also created a temporary patch for the hole until the weather allowed proper repairs. They were diligent in keeping us informed of when they believed the weather might give them a chance to continue external work. Once warmer weather arrived, the external repairs and painting were done promptly. The work was of high quality; the repaired area is unnoticeable to anyone without knowledge of the accident.

With the cooperation of Mother Nature, the work was done quickly and very well. Was very happy with quality of work done. Even happier that the worker questioned the color of the deck stain I had picked out and had Don contact me. Yes, it was the wrong color I had chosen. So after I got the correct stain color the workers were able to complete the job quickly. I truly appreciate them asking and wanting me to look at the deck stain color to confirm this was correct. They were a great help!
