The crew did a great job on an old garage. They were quick and professional. They removed all debris. They were careful not to harm plants in the garden next to the garage. The new wood matched perfectly. The crew chief made a suggestion about replacing old trim that improved the end product. Very satisfied with this company.

It went well overall and I would use them again. The work was done well. They came promptly for the estimate and scheduled work soon after. The only problem was that it took longer overall than they estimated although I think that was due to weather.

Getting the garage door done was like adding another room to the house. Kevin helped with suggestions for new shelf placement. Don made sure the job was completed and met my expectations.

Removed and replaced one light fixture, removed and replaced 7 electrical outlets, removed and replaced wood at the bottom of our posts on our porch, also primed and painted new wood.

It took a while from the first estimate until the job was completed.

Don and Rodney are a pleasure to work with. They arrive when they say they will, they get the work done in the time frame promised, they clean up afterward and more often than not they find something not detailed in the scope of work that they take care of while they are at the house.

Communication with Don and Davina was a pleasure. They were prompt and followed through with everything they said. The $20.00 estimate fee Don charged was subtracted from the balance when the work was agreed on. The technician who did the work was very professional and did a wonderful job.

We have used Don Britton over the years for several projects. We have been continually pleased with his service.

The representative did not provide an estimate when he visited, but by phone the next day. His estimate covered one coat of paint for a price of $1300. A written quote was not provided. By contrast, the successful bidder provided a detailed written quotation during the visit and offered two coats for $850.00.

They are very professional and honest. The gentleman that runs the company comes through periodically to check and make sure everything is running smoothly. I tell everyone about them and recommend to anyone.

Great experience, particularly with customer service. Don and Devina were always accessible by phone and email. Having spent about 4 months in our home, I never felt uncomfortable with any of their contractors. We have a small dog and everyone was always friendly towards him (they have a dog of their own). They were thorough with the work and insured everything was done right all the way until the end. This was our first remodeling experience and they were patient with us as unexpected events occurred. They were willing to be flexible with our work schedules and respectful of the fact that I work a few nights a week. When I asked for wainscot in the entryway and learned that what I really wanted was termed picture frame molding, Don and Kevin (who installed the molding) ensured I got what I wanted. Any price changes were because of deviations I made from the proposal and they always documented them in writing. Many little fixes were done at no charge at all.

I called them later in the afternoon and they were very responsive. The follow-up phone calls were fantastic and the responsiveness. I will keep them in mind for future work.

Punch out plus preformed some work for me last year. They did a great job. If I ever need additional work they are the one I call. They are an exceptionally good company with a very personable staff.

I would give them an A + overall. This is about the 4th time I've used them & they are at the top of my speed dial if I ever need any other help. The $300 price actually included a lot of the materials & the price also included the Angie's List discount. They came out, they were on time, they were neat & did everything exactly right. I couldn't ask for anything better. I would use them again.

I contacted the company, the owner came out and gave me an estimate. I was called with the estimate and upon approval sent the contract via email. I signed and scanned the contract sending it back to the company via email. The contractor came out a few days after the signing of the contract to replace the siding and the porch support beam. Once he had taken the support beam down, he noticed that the entire beam was rotten not just the facing. The contractor informed me and upon my approval went to the local home improvement shop to get the extra material. He fixed the porch support beam better than it had been originally constructed. He then realized he didn't have the ladder to reach all the siding and asked to come back the next day. He came back the next day and repaired the siding. Everything looks better than new.

They are very interested in the job being done right and in the satisfaction of the customer. We ran into a problem with the original concept on the repair. They were able to take care of it in a very professional way. We would use them again for future work.
