It was supposed to be a 2 day job but they came and stayed all day and ended up finishing the same day. The people show up on time when they are supposed to. They really care about doing a good job. I was very pleased with their work.

The initial estimate and quote took a lot longer than I wanted it too, but after the work started it was very efficient. I wished the workers could have been a bit more on time as I depended on letting them in at specific times due to my schedule.

We had some problems with the inspectors with the height of a certain rail and he is going to come back out and raise it for no price. He is very professional, and he is very punctual. He is very personable and very friendly. He was here every time that he was supposed to be.

They were very prompt with their quote. They had a great system in plan for scheduling with me. Their quote was also very competitive with other companies that we had talked to. It was a very hard decision not to use them.

I ended up hiring a plumber from Angie's List. I probably spent more money than I wanted to but at least they were professional and called me interested in the job.

They did a great job. They worked really fast and cleaned up after themselves very well. They were out of there very quickly. They did arrive when they were supposed to. They seem to have pretty flexible scheduling.

From initial call, to estimate, to completion, all of the work was done in less than 2 weeks, during a very busy time following a major storm with damage across the metro area. Have used company before, and the service this time was excellent, as well.

They told me I didn't have to be there. I came home and it was all done. They were prompt. They cleaned up, too. Everything was fine. I would use them again.

He quoted me $1100 for the siding, and $400 to clean the debris and clean out the gutters. His price was higher than I expected, and we decided not to go with him. Everyone I talked to was very nice and he was prompt as can be coming out for the estimate.

The project went very well and was on time.

They were there within two days to give an estimate and within the week to fix the damage, some of which was from the big windstorm.

The representative was here for about five hours and did great great. I would use him again.

The work was the done well, but my only problem with the project was the price. I thought the price was high for two small wall repairs.

They did a good job. Don was very good about calling to tell me what the schedule was for the work to be done. It had to be postponed a couple of times because of weather, but they were able to do the work fairly soon after I called, and I was really happy about that. (I worried that raccoons would move in before it got fixed).

Don, the owner, was great to work with. He came out for the estimate and discussed various options. Rodney, the gentleman who did the work, was great as well. He was very knowledgable about all aspects of what needed to be done.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. There estimate was actually a little better than the company we actually chose. I would certainly consider using them in the future.

Kevin was very neat, pleasant, and professional. He explained what we was doing. Checked in with me periodically to review progress and next steps. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My only concern was their arrival the first day. They were an hour late. If I had needed to leave for work being late would have cost me my job. I get the feeling that they say they'll be here at the time they are really going to get to the shop to pick up there supplies. Not when they actually expect to be on site. Being late implies that the contractor believes their time is more valuable then the client's. I wonder what would happen if clients started discounting what they pay for every minute the contractor is late.

This company had some staffing problems when I hired them. They didn't come when they said they would but always called to apologize. I felt like was being put off for someone else's project. I wasn't happy with them because some of the work had to be redone by another company that I hired. The workers were pleasant and helpful on the premises.

They did a good job, they showed up on time, were very clean and didn't leave a mess. The price was very competitive. It was a good experience.

I called for an estimate on three different things. They were very prompt in answering the calls and giving the estimates. I decided to go with another company that was lower in price on all of these. They do a very good job at getting back to you, on all questions, seems to be a very good company.

It went well. There was a point when my husband thought they missed a part of it, but they came back and fixed it. My husband really pays attention to detail, and we were pleased when they fixed it.

Punch Out Plus exceeded my expectations in every area. All of the professionals were timely, meticulous, knowledgeable and showed great attention to detail. They even added insulation around the fireplace and exterior door. They were courteous and friendly to my children. The whole job took only 2 weeks to complete. The owner, Don, personally checks on the work every day to make sure everything is going smoothly. The drywall finisher and painter, Rodney, was especially neat and completely cleaned up after all his projects. He is very detail-oriented and takes pride in doing his work thoroughly and diligently. We were impressed with the carpenters' ability to make our bookshelves look completely built in when there had been large, irregular gaps around them previously and to build a new updated mantle around our existing railroad tie mantle. The electrician brought everything up to code that he encountered as he installed our recessed lights and the retextured ceiling looks much more modern than our previous starburst pattern. All of the professionals worked quickly and efficiently. They clearly had a great deal of experience in doing work like this. My husband and I are very happy with the end result. Our family room has been taken out of the '70's and been infused with new character and life.

I paid $25.00 for the estimate which was rolled over to my bill. Don came a few days after the estimate was done. He would have come sooner but it was raining. He was very informative.
