Excellent! Punch Out Plus continues to be my choice for repairs!

Very pleased, did part of work in January but due to condition had to return in March & did so promptly.

I really can't imagine it going any better than this. From the initial call the tone was set. Davina is professional, courteous and followed up with an appointment time for my estimate. Don, the owner, came out on time for his scheduled appointment and then called with a verbal estimate and followed up with a written and fair estimate. He was prompt, friendly and knew what he was talking about. He later called and scheduled a timeframe for the repair. Rodney arrived as planned, did the repair quickly and well and explained exactly what he did and cleaned up. He was courteous and friendly as well. Don, even called to follow up with the repair and make sure everything went as planned. Considering how busy they were with windstorm repairs, I was stunned at how they made every effort to get out quickly and accomplish my job. This was a small job and my first experience with this company. It certainly won't be my last. If they are this thorough with something small then I would certainly use them for larger projects and feel totally confident with their level of service and expertise. A great experience from start to finish.

Don Britton and the crew at Punch Out Plus are the vendors that your best friend took a chance on and now he is thrilled to refer. Angie?s List does a great job sorting out vendors with grades and the number of referrals they get, but if your friend referred them then it feels different because he is essentially putting his reputation on the line for this vendor as well. Hopefully I can be that good friend for many others that are wondering who can provide an honest all inclusive quote, a telephone call before every time they come out and always leave the work area clean. I had a leak from my whirlpool faucet on the second floor. The faucet was from 1983 and a replacement was not readily available. Don did a tremendous job repairing all the water damage and finding a solution for the faucet so I would not have to replace the entire whirlpool. In fact, we decided to remodel the bathroom as well. The pricing was fair. I feel like every penny was worth it. I?ve had cheap jobs in the past and I regret every one of them. I plan to do other things in the house, at a slow pace because of the economy, but I will always use Punch Out Plus from here on out. They called me back and I was told there is a $75 up front fee for the estimate for them to come out and they will put that amount towards the work if they get the job.

It was a great experience working with this company. Don, the owner, runs a great business & he was very involved along the way, from making the initial estimate to reviewing his guys final work.

OK, Don provided the most detailed estimate, however it did take about 10 days to get it based on the number of damaged homes in the area. Work was completed very well, but clean up was marginal. Don did a good job of keeping me informed about changes and plans once they began work, however, I was making a lot of calls to get things information at first. His price was average/a little high compared to others, but we went with him based on the strong reviews and large number of positive reviews on Angie's list. Bottom line you get what you pay for and the work was solid.

He called us about the particular thing we needed done at that time and he was honest. He said that it was not something that he was capable of doing when he could have just taken out money. The only problem we had is that they tell you to replace the whole roof and we only had a couple of loose shingle. We were not prepared to replace the whole roof. They did provide us with that estimate.

I felt that he was not entirely honest about his pricing. There was an issue with some window work. I felt that he did a good on the roof and his pricing was okay. I liked that he let us know that he did not feel comfortable doing a window project rather than doing it wrong. Overall I would rate this experience as decent.

Drawer really squeaks. The follow did a very nice job and left the place very clean.

The owner of the company, Don, is very dependable. We are very happy with the work he did, and our communications with his company.

They wanted way too much for the work that I needed done. They charged $20 for the estimate, if you used them then that would go toward the final price, but if you didn't use them they kept it, which I didn't particularly like. However, they were very professional.

He estimated that the lumber would have to be replaced, house jacked up, and bust a hole in my wall to get matarials to my basement. It would take from 2 to 6 days to complete job. The cost would start from $3,000.00. The person that did fix the problem said the damage was not from termites, and the damage was really minor. What needed to be done was house jacked up (slightly) and put in support post. No need to even replace lumber. I feel like they took advantage of my ingornace to sell me something expensive that I did not need.

Of all the contractors I talked to, I was least satisfied with them. I felt like he tried to turn every little thing into a huge job that would cost a lot of money. Another thing was that he rescheduled several times for the appointment, and charged to come out and do the estimate as well.

When our roof was replaced a couple of years ago, the roofers tore up some of the wood siding under the eaves along the porch. We called Punch Out about replacing the wood and painting. They were prompt about coming out to look at it and did a nice job, you can't tell that it hasn't always been that way, looks very good.

This is the 2nd time I've used Punch Out Plus. Both times have been good experiences. This time they ran into several issues we didn't anticipate. The electric for several rooms upstairs ran through the light switch they needed to relocate. And, there was a register vent under where they were to relocate one set of cabinets. I was extremely happy with how they handled these issues. I felt that additional charges were very fair considering everything they had to do. I highly recommend Punch Out Plus to anyone who plans to do any remodeling or drywall work.

Pleasant experience with this company. All workers had a hearty sense of humor but work came first and cleaned up after themselves. I liked that. Divina in office was very pleasant & returned calls promptly.

Overall, did a very good job. They worked with the door that I purchased from a 3rd party, however the measurements that I was given were off. Therefore, they had to go out and purchase jamb extensions and transition pieces to make up for the error in measurement. Slight setback, but they were able to keep on task and keep price down. Delay in coming out to install the threshold extension (2-3 weeks after door unit installed, partly my schedule and partly their schedule to blame).

He also did some other odd and end jobs around the house.

Did not perform the work, only an estimate. We only needed a small portion of the trim replaced but this contractor wanted to replace more than was necessary. His quote was about 4 times the cost of a separate quote we got. We told the contractor this and he reduced his work scope and price but it was still over 2 times the cost. I just felt that the contractor was trying to sell us more work than what was needed. Also, he charges $20 just to come and give an estimate. It's deducted from your final bill if you choose them to do the work, but I just feel that's the wrong way to get business. If your quote is competitive and your work is good, then you shouldn't have to get a $20 "deposit" to tilt the decision a little in your favor.

GRAY WAS OUR HANDYMAN, VERY COURTEOUS & KNOWLEDGEABLE. CLEANED UP AS HE WENT. THE WORK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE IS DONE BEAUTIFULLY & METICULOUSLY.

Performed estimate and submitted to insurance. Scheduling of work detained due to weather. I thought the cost was high and questioned it and was given an explanation.

They were on time, professional, called if they were any problems.
