Description of Work: PunchoutPlus is a great company. If you are looking for the cheapest, go somewhere else. If you are looking for competitive prices, and high quality of workmanship, then call PunchoutPlus. They installed a paver patio for me, and it looks wonderful. They pulled out all the stops. The paver is build to last forever. I am very happy with the job, and after getting several quotes and talking to the President, as well as the actual person that built the patio, I feel very comfortable that it will last me a long time. There were few things I wanted changed upon completion, and there were no concerns about doing the changes, promptly. They take very serious their reputation and long standing commitment to excellence. If you have general construction of any kind (they installed a $2500 Anderson door for me, which I will report separately) and was able to use, with damaging it, my trim inside the house which is way over 20 years old. They did one other job for me as well that I will report. They will guarantee satisfaction. Don is the owner and Bill is his key guy. Bill does great work. He takes his time to make sure it is right. I am very impressed by there overall ability to do the job with high quality and a competitive cost. They are busy, and sometimes it takes time to get them out, but they will tell you about it. Busy people = high demand for their service. I will use them again next year and moving foward.

 + 0 moreI'm very pleased with the final result. I knew I had some issues as I was getting water in the basement during heavy rains. After the work was done, the basement looks great and we should be dry for years to come. Bill was very pleasant and made sure to clean up after himself on both days. He explained what he was doing and why. In addition, since the washer/dryer had been blocking part of the wall when the estimate was made, he followed up with Don (owner) on some unexpected issues with the walls and quickly solutioned the fix without any delay or additional time to the project. I appreciate being able to call Punch Out Plus with all of my home repair/remodel needs. They've done a number of rooms/repairs at my home now. I know what to expect from them and they know my preferences -- a job well done!
Description of Work: Repaired base of basement cement block walls with concrete filler, put on layer of water-stop cement and painted two walls and portion of basement floor.

I accidentally over-paid them (and probably wouldn't have found it for a while) and they called me to let me know they were returning my overpayment. Were easy to work with.
Description of Work: replaced floor, wall and ceiling caused by leak in intake from wall to toilet. Had to remove toilet, replace drywall, replace bathroom floor, primer paint and match ceiling pattern in family room.

I do not have anything much to compare it to but for what he did I would give him a “B” in terms of price. I would use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Punch Out Plus Llc. The last time I used his services was in June. I spent $1900 for the work done. He cleaned our garage floor and repainted it with an epoxy protector down on it. He also painted our walls.

 + 0 moreVery well. Bill (pretty sure that was his name) was friendly, courteous, respectful of my property, and knew what he was doing. Very happy with the result.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced doorjamb on strike side of exterior door on the back of the house. It had become damaged due to water leaking from above the door. Sealed off gap at J channel and caulked to stop the leaks. It has been six (6) months and have not had a problem with leaking, only one minor instance when there was an extremely strong driving rain.

 + 4 moreThe work was done very carefully, neatly, and professionally. The workers arrived punctually, were neat, courteous, and did a fine job in all respects. Punchout Plus did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
Description of Work: Punchout Plus replaced the screens in our back porch, installed new storm doors, replaced rotted jambs, painted porch roof, walls, and trim, and repaired some masonry work. Did an excellent job under adverse conditions-- having to deal with a porch that is not plumb, walls and mullions that are not straight, etc. They overcame these difficulties very very nicely.

The travel cost was expensive. I will use this company again in the future but I plan to make sure I have more than one job to complete to justify the travel cost.

 + 1 morePunch Out Plus provided a quote to finish a closet (drywall, floors, a small amount of shelving) that measures about 80 square feet. Their estimate came out to $3900. I also got estimates for the exact same project from two other companies. One of them gave me an quote of $2400-$2800 and the other quoted me a price of $1400-$1700. Needless to say, I will not be using Punch Out Plus given their extremely high quote. And Punch Out Plus charges $20 for estimates, while the other two companies did them for free. Obviously, I can't speak to the quality of Punch Out Plus's work as compared to others, but at a cost that more than doubled another quote I received, I wasn't willing to find out.
Description of Work: Provided a quote to drywall, install flooring, and a few small shelves in an unfinished closet space.

They can get whomever they need to come in and get your job done. They were able to match up the paint. They had to stop work until we had an exterminator come in to get rid of the carpenter ants.
Description of Work: Punch Out Plus provided miscellaneous home repairs, including replacing drywall in the bathroom, replaced the sliding glass door in the shower and they replaced some rotting window sills.

 + 1 moreThey removed five feet of underground conductor. The man worked very hard and did a very good job of pulling out the tree roots. It was a mess, but he replaced a lot of that. He replaced pipes and valves. We are very pleased with what the man has done.
