Description of Work: We had our house painted by a man named Robert from Mill’s Quality Painting. He did an exterior painting.

+ -1 moreROBERT DOES EXCELLENT WORK. HE IS METICULOUS IN EVERYTHING HE DOES. THERE IS NEVER A DRIP OR ANY MESS WHEN HE COMPLETES A JOB. THE WORK HE DID ON THE OLD WOODWORK LOOKS LIKE NEW.
Description of Work: PAINTED THE SIDED PORTIONS OF MY HOME. REFINISHED THE ORIGINAL WOODWORK IN OUR 80 YEAR-OLD HOME.

+ -1 moreROBERT SEEMED LIKE A NICE GUY, BUT HE REPEATEDLY OFFERED EXCUSES FOR WHY HE DIDN'T SHOW UP TO COMPLETE WORK AS PROMISED. I TIRED OF ALL THE EXCUSES AND TOLD HIM TO SIMPLY KEEP ME INFORMED, MANAGE MY EXPECTATIONS. WHEN HE WAS WORKING HE WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT, BUT GUESSING ABOUT WHETHER HE WOULD SHOW UP OR NOT WASN'T WORTH THE TROUBLE.
Description of Work: SCRAPED TO BARE WOOD AND REPAINTED SOME CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR OF MY HOME. USED PLUMBERS TORCH TO HEAT OLD PAINT LAYERS.
