Horrible.
Description of Work: Contacted them over 3 weeks ago regarding foundation work I need to get done before I can refinance. Never called me back. Disappointing as they were highly recommended by the structural engineer that inspected my house.

Description of Work: I called K & G for an estimate to repair the foundation of our screened porch, one corner of which has been slowly sinking, causing a gap between the roof and side. Kyle, the president, and his dad came out and refused to give me an estimate, saying that we didn't need his services, as it would be too expensive. He suggested a handyman he knew who could just jack it up and brace it for far less money. I also asked him about a questionable area of our house foundation. He went into the crawl space and spent quite a while measuring etc and told me it was still within acceptable tolerances. Kyle and his dad drove a long way, arrived promptly, gave me valuable info and spent about a half hour for no compensation. Their integrity, honesty and commitment to customer service were highly appreciated. I spoke with the handyman they recommended, and although unfortunately he didn't call me back for an appointment, K&G put me on the right track and I will pursue the repair with another company.

Description of Work: I loved these guys. They came in, assessed the problem, and did the work. It was all taken care of within one week of calling them. And Kyle was able to use my building permit to do the work, but he went down to the city to buy a couple inspections for me, since my permit inspections were used up. I needed an additional support post in my basement that required digging the floor and putting in a footer before installing the post. They were efficient, cleaned up, and were gone. Hardly any disruption of our daily life.
