 + -1 moreI think it was $110 for the season and they would come out and they would do three applications or something like that. I think they were told that they needed to call me before they would come and I think it was one or two times that they didn't and I wasn't home. So, they would service the front perimeter of my yard because they couldn't get to the back, I had to let them in, but it was probably a miscommunication. The ants that I had right away disappeared so that was good for the inside and outside.

 + -1 moreThey switch up on what the use because the spiders can get addicted to the same chemical. I can say what ever they are using it works.
Description of Work: I have orb Weaver spider in the garage and outside under the siding. This is my second time using them. They use the granulates and the spray. I can say it killed a lot of crickets.

 + -1 moreThe efforts put in place by Greenix have mostly been successful. We recognize that controlling insects and pests inside the house is an ongoing issue and Greenix has been very responsive to any concerns we have had -- and addressed all of them.
Description of Work: We had concerns with chipmunks making their way into the house and with insects inside the house (e.g. ants in the bathrooms).

 + -1 moreThe first guy out I thought was very thorough. The next guy who came out did outside treatment during the workday so I never got a chance to meet him and see what he actually did. I did get an email though and could see his picture and read his write-up. So this is basically a service contract for quarterly service. At first I wasn't sure how I felt about that. I was wondering why it wasn't more of a one and done. As time has passed, I think I'm ok as while the seasons change, so will the bugs. I'm more disturbed as I'm putting chemicals around my house that I'm exposing my family and pets to. But I guess that's just how it goes when you're battling with mother nature.
Description of Work: I have what was identified as carpenter ants in my basement.

 + 0 moreThe technician came a few times over a week and assured me they would be able to take care of this problem. He also said he would remove the walnuts from the attic. I received reports during the process but I was not aware that he was no longer coming back and did not receive a final report. I continued to hear the squirrels and saw signs of them the entire time. In the end I still have squirrels in my garage attic and walnuts are still falling all over the floor. The technician used walnuts as bait. Why would a squirrel go into a trap for a walnut when there were walnuts all over the attic? Greenix said that they would come back again for an additional fee but what would be the point paying more money to get no result?
Description of Work: I hired Greenix to remove squirrels from my garage where they had been storing walnuts in the attic and building a nest. The walnuts and other debris were falling all over the floor and creating a falling risk. It appeared they were coming in through small holes in the corners of the attic under the soffits.

Also, there was confusion about which of their offices was responsible for responding to the special offer, so no one called me until I called them. The office that provided the service did not seem to know what the offer included. The results have gone well this summer though.

 + -1 moreI've used them before, so I called them back again. That was a special. Since I signed up again with them for the next three months or four months or whatever. They gave me a $49 price on that. Then, the next time they come it will be a hundred dollars. Well, they're always efficient, always on time and they're very friendly. They explain what they're doing. I ask questions, and they've always been able to answer them for me. So, I'm just happy with them.
Description of Work: They sprayed the outside of my house and the inside of my house because I had found a couple of ants in my kitchen. So, they just did some preventative stuff.

Description of Work: I have been a loyal customer since 2013. Actually my first person to deal with was owner Matt Flanders. I liked what he said and I felt secure knowing that I would have quarterly visits to check termite bait stations and treatments for various crawlers as we have a very woodsy lot. Anyway this brings me to today. I was to have a quarterly termite check. I got a call from the tech who told me that they had completely new bait stations and now instead of $23 a quarter for termite monitoring, I would now have to pay $50 a month for three (3) visits. So instead of $90 a year to monitor termites, it would now be $600 a year. All this change and not a mention of it or explanations until today, the scheduled visit. I hope you understand that this was a good company at one time. They have been declining over the past year or two. The techs don't seem competent and the people who answer the phone are not too bright at all. They ask questions that make all of this seem way above their head. They are not at all helpful. I was quite upset today and I ended up talking to someone in Utah. Sadly this is where the company is now. I asked to have someone in charge give me a call. Well, here we are at 9 pm EDST and not a soul reached out to me. I think they are trying to do too much and grow the business too quickly to care about the people who have been with them for a long time. Do not give these folks your money. To take it a step further, the last tech who came out questioned the existing bait stations and looked me right in the eyes and asked: "Are you sure you are with Greenix?" How insulting. I have been with them for longer that he has probably. Also, the tech who was to come out today, told me on the phone that someone was probably pulling my leg all these years because the stations I was sold as bait stations were not for baiting at all. I'm not sure who is running the show over there at Greenix but things are a mess.

 + -1 morenot good, continued to see ants at one property immediately after the treatment and to this day. They have returned to my home unsolicited and harass me about long term contract. Did not care that I stated they already treated and failed once. Calls to them go into VM or just ring and never get answered. Leave a VM and no one returns the call. I will never use them again. Do not recommend this company.
