One star is too generous for this company. Terrible work, terrible quality and worse people. Save yourself the hassle and hire someone accredited on the bbb.

We have had 3 other pool liners installed since we opened this pool in 1983 and we have never had such a good installation. They are very professional and courteous. Everything was done very well. We are so pleased with the job they did. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Fox Pool did a good job getting our pool closed up for the winter and helping us understand anything else we'd need to do. We'll look to use them to open next spring.

It takes 2 days for this size pool to be taken care of which we were informed of. Fox Pool Service has a good team of people to do this work. I would definitely hire them again.

I recently purchased a home with an inground pool, but had no clue how to take care of it. A representative from Fox Pool Service came out to clean the pool and check the chemicals. It was a very hot day, but she took her time answering my questions and explaining the basics of pool maintenance to me. When she was finished, the pool looked amazing and I had a much better understanding of the basics of pool care.

They never contacted me.

Charged $65 just to look at the job and then never provided a quote. Will not return calls for 3 weeks now.

It was excellent. She was efficient, she showed up when she said she would going to and she diagnosed the problem we were having and took care of it.

Amazing professionals. Offered a lot of good advice on what you need to do with no pressure selling but they were so great I hired them to do the work anyway. Super responsive and work with your timeline and schedule.
