Needed emergency service in far east columbus, after hours, late at night. Ericson Environmental called back within minutes of our request. Rick showed up around 11:00 pm, completed the job, and we were quickly back in business. The cost was reasonable under the emergency circumstances. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

He responded first to my inquiry, just by my description over the phone he knew what was wrong, he quoted me a price over the phone and that's exactly what charged once he was on site. He was dependable and knowledgeable, I will definitely use this company again!

I had plumbing drain problems and called Ericson to pump the septic tank. That wasn't the drain problem as it turns out. Ericson has an excavitor and I hired him to access the tank cover to roto-root the drain obstruction - mostly roots. He left me with an access point to the drain line to simplify the next clean-out. He seemed very knowledgeable and worked efficiently. He was a little pricy though I thought but he'll give you and estimate I'm sure

It was done in a quickly manner. And done professionally and kept me updated on what was wrong and going on and what he needed to do and what he was about to do and also gave options before he performed it.

Rick is an awesome guy. My pump went out for the third time in a house that's only 5 years old. I've had trouble getting any repair personnel to come out and service a lift station for some reason. I used your service and Rick called me, literally, within 5 minutes. He called back so quick I couldn't take the call because I'm a teacher and was teaching a class. Long story short, Rick came out on a Saturday, pumped my tank and noticed a number of problems with the whole septic system, mostly due to the house and dirt around the house settling after the construction. Rick repaired what he could given the winter weather, and will return to finish the work when we get better weather. The only thing I might knock him on would be the price of the new septic tank. $595 is a bit steep for an effluent pump, but overall, I'm very satisfied with the work Rick did. He worked outside in crappy weather from 9:00 a.m., until about 4:30 p.m. with no complaints. Highly recommended.

He initially rescheduled on us twice, but we gave him one more chance, and were very happy we did! He came on a weekend, explained our system to us, pumped it out very quickly and told us how often it needed to be done, and was generally very professional and knowledgeable. Even though we have a very small and old septic system, he did not try to "upsell" us on a new one, and we felt he did a very good and thorough job - for a very reasonable price. We will definitely call him again next time we need septic service.
