We originally used another company that messed things up for us and then wanted to charge us even more. You only recommended Ericson Environmental Services to us. We called them on Saturday evening and they discussed the problem at length. I was confident in what they said. They were here first thing Monday a.m. and corrected all the problems with my septic system for less than what the other company wanted to charge. Wow what customer service and what value for the money. He even did a couple of extra things for us that he saw needed done and didn't even charge us.
