+ 0 moreWe ordered materials based on Eric’s estimate. Contacted him when they came in. He took a month to respond to a text, asking us to wait longer. Another month and then he was rude. Unresponsive. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Hired another contractor who started the job within 4 days. Beautiful floor could have been finished months earlier.
Description of Work: Eric came out and gave us an estimate to install ceramic tile floor in our master bath.

+ 0 moreFirst thing was that he over ordered the materials, which I got stuck with, and he offered no discount. Also, some of the tile that was layed down had nicks in it, and even though he had plenty of tile to look at, he put it in anyways. Also the carpet did not get tacked down where it meets the tile. It was very hard to communicated with them to finish the job.
Description of Work: He did ceramic tile and laminate flooring in our home.
