+ -1 moreWE NEGOTIATED TO DO THE WORK IN AUGUST. HE DID SOME, AND THEN WE NEGOTIATED FOR SOME MORE WORK TO BE DONE. HE SAID THAT HE DEVELOPED HEART PROBLEMS AND COULDN'T DO THE WORK. I HAD ALREADY PAID HIM $2000, AND HE PROBABLY DID ABOUT $500 OF ACTUAL WORK. NOW HE SAYS THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY, BUT I THINK HE STILL OWES ABOUT $1500 BACK. HE'S A VERY NICE GUY, REALLY DOES HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS, BUT HE JUST DIDN'T FINISH JOB.
Description of Work: FIX DRAIN SPOUTS, DOWNSPOUTS, SOFFIT WORK, PUT IN SKYLIGHTS, AND A SMALL ROOM ADDITION

+ -1 moreGREAT AND SO IMPRESSED, PROFESSIONAL. COURTEOUS , ON TIME, FAST,REALLY CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND WANT YOUR HOME TO BE BEAUTIFUL. CHRISTIAN COMPANY NOTHING OFF COLOR, WHAT SO EVER. VERY PERSONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE... THEY ARE AWESOME JUST AS THEIR NAME SAYS.
Description of Work: FIXED CLOSET RACK AND SHELVES, FILLED DRYWALL HOLES, FIXED SIDING THAT MY PUPPY HAD TORN OFF.
