Young's Tree Service LLC

The tree was hollow and needed to come down before it fell on my power lines. Matt came right out and gave us a quote, and we scheduled the service right away. The guys ask how I wanted the wood before they started, and they cut all of the wood the lengths I need for my wood stove. They do a very good clean-up of all of the brush and leaves. We live in the country, so I had them dump all of the wood chips behind my barn for us to use as mulch. Young's cut down a large walnut tree for me a couple years ago, and they did a great clean-up job with that tree also. They even picked up all of the walnuts. I used a different tree service several years ago, and the clean-up was not very good plus they did not cut the log lengths like I asked them.

The work Young's did was great and I couldn't be happier with the work results. My problem is with how the owner decided to show up at three am drunk to as he said and quot;I was in the neighborhood and I wanted to see how the work went.and quot; This was also months after the work was preformed. A mention of payment was made and I asked and quot; You didn't get the payment from the insurance?and quot; He said he hadn't and I said I would contact the insurance company. I also did mention to him how unprofessional it is to show up at someone's house at 3 am drunk. I will admit that the lack of payment was my fault I had damage to my house as well as the tree to deal with because of a bad storm and had another contractor to deal with those repairs and that contractor sent copies of everything to me and the insurance company and this being my first ever insurance claim I waited to see if Young's did the same and they did not. I looked through my records after Mr. Young left and found his bill that I did fail to drop off. Regardless you do not show up at 3 am drunk to someone's house a phone call or letter in the mail is much more professional and tends to prevent getting the cops possibly called on you.

They do a good job. They are very professional.
